Homergrower, im doing my first grow this year and just wondering if you have any tips? Going to be doing it Outside in the woods. I have lots of seeds so im planning on doing 5 or so in 5 gallon buckets and the rest ill probably just put in the ground. I have a friend helping me and his father has been growing for years so he should keep me in check if the plants start going bad but just wondering if you have any tips on Nutes to use, or good soils and such? The biggest thing im worried about is keeping the bugs from getting them since they will be out in the woods. Great plants by the way, the buds look pretty bomb!

Bluntman, I have lots and lots of outdoor wisdom as i've been doing this a few year also, things like stake your plants as the buds can get so dense and heavy it just pulls the plants over on their side. I personally use nutes from www.advancednutrients.com, and i've been following Remo's tips on www.urbangrower.com . Many of the indoor idea's can be also applied to outdoor but we don't have the hassel of lighting issues as it's all provided. CHoose your plot wisly, know whats going to happen in that spot for the months the plants will live there. And hit me up anytime for advice or questions. Good Luck. :-)

Your biggest problem will be ppl stumbling over your site, so once again choose your plot very carefully, take in all aspects, light, traffic, hill or not, things like that.

| Weekly Update
I'm going to try to give you kids a weekly update until the grow iss over. 2 of the plants have about 10% red hairs, but the tri's havn't gone milly and swollen yet, so bit longer for those. I believe all these plants will be pulled at different intervals as they all seem to be maturing at different rates. see ya next week.

| They are done and dusted.
I've been harvesting last weekend and this weekend as the plants reached maturity. The stuff in the jars is from last weekend, as now is curing for a months or 3. and your can see my efforts from this weekend. ![]() I'm keeping all the kief for my hash making, which will hopefully be this weekend coming, i use the gumby method which u can fing on youtube, search Gumby Hash Making. ![]() So i'll bring your a few shots from that too. Been very happy with the yield, and will last me months. ![]() I comment is that i think the 3 plants i removed last weekend were hermie's, but didn't effect the last two, was really weird becasue during growth and into flowering i identified as all female, with none showing balls and all showing hairs. But when I harvested i had seeds falling out of it. Ow well, it still smokes well. ![]() Thanks for watching my little garden, and keep watching for next weeks hash making update. Bye Bye
