Yeah thats a GREAT Idea!! This is my first time so Im learning as I go lol. Good call I should be able to find one that fits right in. Do you think the air flow will be as directional with the two fans pointing at each other?? it should be I think right?? thanks again man great idea!!!

Maybe I don't understand, aren't the fans exhausting? If so they should end up blowing in the opposite direction from each other.

no I definitely think the T will work, I think I understand what ur saying but Im not going to do it like that I dont think. I need to have both fans on the inside of the room blowing out. there wont be one at the "outside" end of the T sucking just two at the other two "inside" ends blowing. and they'll be technically pointing at each other blowing but the air flow should be fine. I dont know enough about physics to be able to tell if the air flow will be reduced by the design.

on a seperate point, can anyone tell me y my girls are droppy??? heres perky. something to do with watering???

Well, like Snoop told me when I used to work with him, "U got to to do it" So I sold some studio gear I wasnt using and scored a 400W Hydrofarm MH HPS light. Im selling the other HIDs I have for twice what I paid for them so in the end Im breaking almost even and getting a DOPE light. the guy showed me it runs both HPS and MH and gave me two MH bulbs and one HPS bulb. Im stoked

Should have taken pictures of the light before I hung it up but I was too eager so this is what I have as far as pics

I need to get a humidfier today because I think when I spray water on her leaves its been causing light burn. does anyone know if light burn is less likely to happen with MH than with HPS? it seems like less intense of a light.

the ladies seem to like the new light. they have been drooping each day and standing back up like a cycle, not sure how normal this is but Im checking around.

Hey man, I am in LA and found the answer to our questions. With a California Rx card a person could grow 6 mature females and six immature females. If you are growing for someone else as well, you can double that amount.

As for the droop, that is either over or under watering. It is not bad though.

Dope!! good to hear the info. I hear theres an option for 6 mature OR 12 immature too. I went and asked a guy who works at the dispensary up the street and he broke it down for me. I had thought "mature" had to do with age but as long as they arent flowering they're considered immature. Good to know.

Either way Its still not enough to do a continual harvest

A) 6 flowering OR 12 veg

or

B)6 flowering AND 6 veg

we used to smoke dank all the way up to the canadian border and if we had some left wed tape it under this dumpster at the last exit before the crossing, come back after the weekend and stop at the exit - IT WAS ALWAYS THERE lol. Heres the ladies today - started them on Miracle Grow Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food. GanjaGuerilla recomends this for veg and it has MUCH more N than the fox farm grow big. He says the Grow big is meant for hydro.

I know the consensus is MH for veg and thats y im doing that but hmmmm.



When I watered Margie today I saw roots through the drainage hole. should I repot her to a larger square pot??

And then heres some pics of the flower room closed off with the 400WMH on. u can see a little light leak but I SWITCHED TO A TEE and theres no straight leak through the exhaust anymore. (switching to that tee was a bitch Ill tell you about it later I had to whittle the outside with a knife )

Hey bro you are a cool cat. Thanks man. I think I am set with weed. My bro-in-law has an Rx card and I got about 3 oz's at home.

If Ed says HPS grows faster than it does. I have always grown with HPS all the way through and it is really the only bulb one needs. However, I just tried MH and it grows the nodes much closer. Maybe this gives the illusion of smaller or slower growth?

you should get a plug and rewire your computer fans becuase it's pretty wastefull to have a 300watt computer power supply running when you could just have the fans

ur probably right, this is my first grow so Im still ironing out some kinks, the power supply hook up seems like its working for now and the bill isnt KILLING me, so well see.

Ill probably adjust my whole setup here in the future cuz I ALSO think the 4 flourescents might not be needed (another 160W so that AND the psu = 460W shit I could use another 400W light lol). AND Im planning on implementing Co2 here I have a hookup on a free tank so all I need is a regulator/solenoid. Im ALSO gonna implement and ebb and flow I THINK depending on some variables.

Im only using the flower room for veg right now because its my best light and I dont have anything to flower yet. Eventually I will have all vegging plants in a different sectoin of the room under flouros (moms) and a T5 (clones). So I will be changing a lot and at that point maybe Ill wire up some fans with cords instead of the pc psu.

Yeah as far as strains I know some of them but my boy had a bag of misc chronic seeds and he gave me some to start out with so I dont know those. I have a GDP seed as well Im waiting untill I know what Im doing to start it.
