yes we have MMJ, and its based off "recomendation" which is confusing. I figured there was maybe a "guide" out there, or something similar. Quote:

It differs a little, not much, by state to state, but all in all you are allowed to cultivate. And your system and amount of plants would definatly fall under any of the medical states cultivation limit. Why they say "recommendation" is because MJ is not a "normal prescription drug" thus not really being in need of a prescription. Basically, it is to help cover the Dr. from federal prosecution. He can't say "prescription". I am sure there are plenty of Dr's in all the MMJ states that are easy to get ahold of and be seen by. If you are in Cali, I can recommend a few. Though a Dr's recomendation would not sheild you from any Federal agency, the locals would have left u alone. If you need any help in getting info on this, please pm me. |

WOW is about all i can say seems like the odor sok would be better not for flowering but to use in a mother chamber or even a small clone room, plus from the look of your plants they didnt cut them low enough and if you keep watering them and keep light on them they will grow back.
Hell mord if you do decided to keep growing keep your lights on so they cant use that as evidence later on seeing a power jump later on after a bust is good evidence, Trust me the can filters work freaking wonders my garage was starting to smell with 3 plants and minutes after i put it together the smell disappeared and that was all before they were in flowering Seems to me cops around here dont do much if its about 5 plants or so and what would you be doing with tin foil over your window? all i can say is what a lucky guy you are and well can filter was probably your best investment! use it wisely

Alaska has MMJ also. Don't worry about being put on a "list", as it is a confidential program.
Fifty-eight percent of voters approved Ballot Measure #8 on November 3, 1998. The law took effect on March 4, 1999. It removes state-level criminal penalties on the use, possession and cultivation of marijuana by patients who possess written documentation from their physician advising that they "might benefit from the medical use of marijuana." Patients diagnosed with the following illnesses are afforded legal protection under this act: cachexia; cancer; chronic pain; epilepsy and other disorders characterized by seizures; glaucoma; HIV or AIDS; multiple sclerosis and other disorders characterized by muscle spasticity; and nausea. Other conditions are subject to approval by the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services. Patients (or their primary caregivers) may legally possess no more than one ounce of usable marijuana, and may cultivate no more than six marijuana plants, of which no more than three may be mature. The law establishes a confidential state-run patient registry that issues identification cards to qualifying patients. AMENDMENTS:Yes. Senate Bill 94, which took effect on June 2, 1999, mandates all patients seeking legal protection under this act to enroll in the state patient registry and possess a valid identification card. Patients not enrolled in the registry will no longer be able to argue the "affirmative defense of medical necessity" if they are arrested on marijuana charges. That is one strange busted story. Even with my paperwork I would got to jail if they busted in the door. I am glad your free. Most of use would be locked up.
We go over our plan for getting busted every few weeks. Sorry to see a great grow go down like this. You had it down and did all the hard work. Very sad indeed. |

meh, a tiny grow is hardly worth the paper work ( or so they explained it to me) they only came because they thought I had a shitload of plants, I got the distinct impression they were disapointed.
I'm sure that someone smelled it and tipped em off, most likely my neighbors grandson (who is a state trooper) he acts funny now around us. haha |
