BC's multi-flow PPP-satori

Ok with my last grow out of the way its time to get started on the one Iv been looking foreword to.About a week ago I started some PPP and Satori.Well its satori or hashberry.my cousin kinda got the seeds mixed up.Im hoping for the satori.in my 4x4 hydro hut Iv got 9 ppp and 5 satori/hashberry seedlings.im using the multi-flow system with a 600 watt MH for veg and a 600watt HPS for flower.same balast just switch out bulbs.anyway I am using the lucas formula for my nutes and my res temps are steady at 72 F.I plan on allowing my res ph to range between 5.2-5.8 and im feeding at 1/4 strength of the lucas formula witch is about 280ppm.ok im sure Ill think of more later heres a few pics of the girls.

Wow, nice setup there man. Looks like you should be harvesting some nice size plants with that grow!

Thanks,I'm actually abit nervous.This is my first hydro grow.Iv grown outdoors on and off for years,& I'm 40.So im no noob but still you get to where you know soil.I can prety much screw the pooch with soil but because of the way i mix it I can almost always pull the grow off anyway.this....Well its all new to me.Iv done a huge amount of research and invested a good clip.I could have done it cheaper but figured it would be better for my first system to be a bought one to get my feet wet so to speek.anyhow.heres hoping I get it right the first time!!!

Looks familiar! Definitely going to be working with an absolute jungle in there for sure. Were is the controller at? I can't see it inside the tent


Wonderful choice on setup and the hydrohut. The one thing about the 4X4 is it only opens up from the front, so it works best SOG from what I see. Great choice!

Thanks Bro.The controler is outside the tent.iv got it next to the res about 5' from the tent.I didnt like the Idea of the controler siting in the grow space heating up.besides with a 4x4 i need all the room i have!!I think I made a great choice of equipment iv heard nothing but good of this system.i have added a small pump and two 12"" air stones to the res for circulation and oxygen.

Sounds good, that is probably what I'm going to have to do when we SOG the next round. Can't wait to see the babies take off!!!

Some very good strains there. I'm going to try out Satori in one of my future grows, I've only heard good things about it. Like August said, man, you're room's gonna be like Amazon.com

ok update time.well they seem to be doing well.it looks like i ended up with the hashberry instead of the satori so ill have fun keeping them and the ppp close to the same hight once they hit the pre flower stretch.The hash berry for the moment all seem perfectly uniform.no variance on phenos that i can see so far.had abit of a problem with some kind of leaf mining worm.but i seem to have that under control only a little damage to a couple plants.My res ph seems to slowly but surly rise so i have to add some ph down evry couple days.i think ill dump the res in a few days and start fresh ill be uping the nutes by another 1/4 around then anyway.here are a few pics for yall.

Arighty then,time for yet another update.I am slowly raising the ppm untill i hit my target of 1300 ppm as per the lucas formula.I have been doing this by slowly adding a 2 to 1 ratio of bloom to micro evry couple days as needed to lower the ph.iv been doing this instead of useing ph down.I need to raise the nutes anyway so this is killing two birds with one stone.I am up to 700 ppm.this is actualy the recommended ppm by mandala seeds for seedlings with their first set of leav's.I am almost positive iv got the hashberry instead of the satori.the five plants all look verry indica dom.from what iv read there are two major pheno's with this strain and it looks like all five are the indica dom pheno.they are all amost identical.verry compact and verry close node spacing.I raised the lights to incurage alittle more streatch but they havent responded much.the PPP on the otherhand did seem to grow out abit more with the light raised.They have been growing quite compact as well.I am alittle nervous about my game plan as i realy want to keep the canopy as even as posible.I think im going to allow a longer veg time.fim and lst the PPP and lst the hashberry.I need to head back over to postman's grow and check the pics to see when he lst'd his hashberry's.looking back im really kind of regretting the hydro set up.Im meen it works a treat so far no complaints at all.It's just that its dawning on me that ill be limited on what strains i can grow together and get proper results.as a personal smoker postman's set up looks more and more inviting,as Id love to get a variety.oh well I plan to SOG the PPP next round so ill see what the futer holds for me when the time comes.
Now for those few of you that followed my last grow iv got the smoke report and comments on the grow.The smoke tastest kind of fruity and smells kind of like a heavy cotton candy.The buzz seems to be alittle more of a stone this time around.verry introspective,and great for getting into a good tune..im alittle shocked at the difrence in bud densidy compared to out doors.they looked a felt quite tight when i picked them but realy seemed to loosen up abit once dryd.anyway i got somwhere between 6-8 oz'si think much closer to 8 as iv already gave an oz away to my cousin who helps suport my grows so we dcan both get good cheap bud.anyway the pics are what i have left after giving away the Z.
