First Grow: Purple Widow

I have 25 seeds ordered from a seedbank;
Purple Widow, Indian Skunk, Northern Lights and a mixed pack. (Shivaskunk, Superskunk, Orange Bud and White Russian.)

I germinated a purple widow two weeks ago, and it is just over a week and a half since it sprouted. It is currently under florescent lighting in my room but is being moved to a greenhouse when it gets a bit warmer.




I know its leaves look a bit roughed up, but it is because I put it outside on day 4 and it was mysteriously tipped in its pot and the leaves were damaged.
(I blame my cats)

I have six seeds I am germinating right now, 3 mixed and four indian skunk.
One other mixed seed has already germinated, been planted, and just reached out of the soil today.

So everything was good when I left the house yesterday.
I came home 24 hours later and fert burn has destroyed the bottom leaves.



I feel like I have a young child just diagnosed with something horrible, like cancer.
Okay, that was taking it a bit too far...

If you want good soil to start them in, go to Wal-Mart and get Shultz Cactus Mix (< $2.00) and some Peat Moss (< $3.00)... You don't need to add any ferts or anything, and that mix is excellent for starting plants in. When they get a big bigger, you can transplant them and give 'em a little food...

Thanks. I have a couple of wee ones in this soil. (I didnt realize fertilizer in the decimal places would do anything to them) Repotting them is a good idea then?

If 24 hours does that amount of damage they're on fire!
