Thats not turning that color because of any strain type.... the hairs are drying out, which can only mean Heat or lack of water.

HIGH All, it happens All the time....they don't stay white forever, some die as Dier said....another thing is Pollination..they will turn like that and wither and die....the White hairs will keep popping out till you harvest.

Hi All
Dierwolf & unoit rwere good enough to reply to my post. They reckon my (Blueberry) plants buds are turning red because of either heat or lack of water. However i have been searching strain descriptions and it says....... A dense and stout plant with red, purple and finally blue hues, that usually cure to a lavender blue. I need to know if there is a problem then I can fix it. I dont want to start watering etc.. if there is no need to. Thanks All |

As Unoit said, hairs die off and come back throughout the entire flowering session... nothig to worry about.
All i am saying is Flowring plants need a LOT MORE water than a vegging plant, I water my plants Every Day 2 times per day, (in the morning and before the lights go out) as well as HEAT can cuase hairs to die off prematurely.

Thanks Dierwolf, My first grow WW, boy did they drink!! Had to water them almost everyday when they were flowering. But I had better soil then and faster growth. Couldnt get the soil I used last time. There is too much peat in what Im using now.
