UPDATE:
My suspicions were confirmed. The two healthier plants were both definite males, so they're gone. The one other plant is definitely a girl. She's not as healthy as the males were, but she is on the rebound. She's also definitely more sativa then the other two, which makes her seem less healthy because shes less bushy. I've directed all the CFL's I have towards her so she should grow like a champ now.

I mixed up some bloom solution and put it in the bucket - so now my solution is half grow half bloom. I figured it'd be OK to gradually move her over to full bloom ferts. I plan on doing a full water change in a week or so and I'll switch over then.

I'll get some PICS up tomorrow when I get the cam back.

I have read the same - I just couldn't find any gel at WalMart. I've cloned successfully with nothing but water, so it can't be that big of a deal.

UPDATE:

Been on 12/12 schedule for about a week. Only one plant left, but its a girl

Got some pics of her pistils and an overall shot. I know I'm not gonna yield much, but its just a test run. I'll be setting up a real grow when I move.

You all think it'd be alright to take a few clones off her at this point? I want to use them for my outdoor grow.

Full GH flowering ferts. Adding h202 every few days.

Hope you guys like them. First time flowering in hydro, grows so fast I love it. Sorry I haven't updated in a while. Haven't had access to a cam and I don't like when people update without pics. Its just not the same.

I'll try and get some better closeup shots later; couldn't really focus with the lights on. You can't see it in these pics, but the buds are starting to get pretty crystalized. And the smell is amazing. I love bagseed, these plants actually remind me a lot of my outdoor bagseed from last year. I can only hope that its the same strain.

some of the stems to your fan leaves are looking rather red in a few of those pictures (dont know if it is the camera playing tricks or not)

I cannot remember specifically, but i believe that is a deficiency in...shit i cant remember...someone want to back that up for me

other than that, lookin pretty good

Those red 'stems' are maybe caused by P deficiency.
But LST or topping/fimming may cause them as well.
I'm leaning toward P def. with this plant, but not because of the stems but because of the lower leaves :

Ofcourse a messed up pH can cause the same thing.
I don't know much about hydro growing so don't ask me about ppm or pH for that, but the symptoms would be similar.

Yeah a few of those lower leaves are messed up, they've been like that for a while I just haven't cut them off. And I've also noticed the red stems, thought that was normal. All of the new growth looks really healthy so I'm not really paying it too much attention.

Definitely appreciate the advice - I'll see if I can find something to supplement the P.

UPDATE:

3 1/2 weeks flowering

Still growing like a champ - The P deficiency is still obvious, but doesn't seem to be stunting the growth much. I'll get that fixed for my next grow, but I really just want to go bare minimum this time around. Plus I'm already planning to blow 30 bucks and trade out three of the 23w bulbs for 42w.

Nice grow!.. Looks like your gonna get some very nice Buds off of that .....

My setup is sort of the same... I had the same ratio of male as you... so as soon as i got a female, i started cloning... it has saved me tons of effort and time

Yeah I took 6 clones off of her. 5 of them have rooted and are in soil now. The last clone is still nice and green, just no roots sticking out of the rockwool yet. I'll be using them for my outdoor grow this year. I'm not gonna be doing another indoor grow for a while because I'm moving in August.
