Well a friend gave me some seeds (blueberryxMighty Might according to him...i guess well see about that)
he says his uncle grows it and handed him a bag of weed awhile ago that had a few seeds in it.
True or not every single seed successfully sprouted
they are a few days old in the first pic and 2 weeks old in the recent pics (germinated february 1st,so it will be easy to keep track of the days)
9 plants growing in peat moss (lambert ready to use all purpose potting mix)
under 2, 40 watt fluos (total 80 watts)
growspace is 6x2 (2 and a half actually)
the 430 watt hps will be mounted when the time is right (30 watt blue spectrum FYI)
i had a bad experience last year due to my noobness and getting my outdoor crops jacked.
this year im going to put everything ive learned into good use. So let the closet grow begin!

i still hope to see some of you drop in for some advice/comments...and help if ever my plants look like they are in a crisis lol.

all i wanna know right now is...should i mount the 430 watt hps? if not lemme know when as i will be updating often enouph.

I will prolly catch alot of flack for this but NO don't bother with the HPS yet.....and if ya wanna go really crazy and top 1 of them now.....and then let each side grow 1 new set of leaves...then cut off every single leaf(as they open) that grows on each side for 3 or 4 weeks at that point .....it will look like this...(its Blueberry x ???)when you put it to flower it will explode! this one is headed into the woods in the spring(just do it to one)

...ummm i dunno about that lol. i actually want to grow a few plants without topping/fimming to end up with one explosive cola. as for the rest well ive already topped 2 and fimmed 1. it will be interesting to watch how they grow from now. ive had a good experience with LST in the past but this time i dont think i can afford a big ass bushy plant.
my space is limited and i didnt expect all the seeds to sprout...once they get bigger i dont know what i will do...im actually hoping to catch some males early to free some space lol. wish i could just flower them to determine sex but i heard this causes alot of stress on the plants.
im also thinking about adding some veg ferts friday (start of week 3)

anyways, here are some pics of my TOP/FIM attempts. (TOP=first 2 pics, FIM=last 2 pics)
...im starting to think maybe instead of fimming i should have Topped under the top leaves in the last pic because i see new growth that could have easily became 2 heads. oh well too late now hope she fairs well.

im going to pick up some veg fert soon, should i transplant and add the hps yet?

screw it im sexing them. wont waste time growing males and i need to clear up some space. hopefull ill have preflowers for the next update.

I just mounted the 430 watt hps. its 14 inches away from my tallest plant.
still sexing.
Btw i already noticed yellowing on a few leaves. been a week or so so i fed them 20-20-20 at 1/4 strenght for the first time. didnt seem to help though...hmmm espom salt maybe?

hey man, those topped plants are lookin good bro. i tryed fimmin and fucked up and missed... lol... it still helped push out the side branches tho.... anyway man GL with this grow, ill b watchin... lol stalker style...

haha cool thx for dropping by. wait till you see my FIM later on. i really got it growing 4 heads and im just waiting for more progress to post pics.

i forgot to mention yesterday i kinda dropped my smallest plant...but no damage was done and all that did was show me that the roots havent even penetrated the rockwool yet. anything i can do to help it?

and the yellowing is also getting worse. why is this happening so early!
under/overwatering? it cant be nutes i fed them not long ago. anyone?

damn! that leaf that was yellowing...is completely yellow now!
made a thread in sick plants and problems hopefully i will get more help there.

well im happy to have viewers.
right now i have epsom salt in one hand and 20-20-20 in the other hand wondering what the best solution to my problem is.
what is the disadvantage to adding epsom salt if it wasnt needed?

batteries dead in my camera so heres a verbal update...

added nutes (20-20-20) half strenght and sprayed them with water and a bit of epsom salt. this was 2 days ago and i cant tell if that helped...they still look the same, i know affected leaves wont recover so ill keep an eye on the new growth.

1 of them is always drooping even though i water every 2 days because the peat moss becomes completely dry by then.

which reminds me my PH is 6.5, is this ok for peat moss??

damn! this is the 5th day of 12/12 and i still have no preflowers!
i figure the drooping plant needs to be transplanted but i want to know if its a female first! and could the yellowing also be caused by me trying to flower them?
maybe all these problems are because of sexing,wish i could transplant and go back to veg...show me your balls already!

Maybe never....they could all be male!

But more likely, between now and two weeks from now at most, if all goes well.
Males usually show first.

And o yeah pH 6.5 is allmost perfect.

happy to know my ph is good. but that just leaves me mind boggled about the yellowing. if its isnt nute lockout why would they be N deficient when ive been feeding them.

and 2 more weeks to see pistills! thats a total of 3 weeks just to see sex so i can re-veg them. tell me it aint so!

im so impatient to re-veg, the plants have slowed down a lot in growth and need to be transplanted.
