note to self "MAKE SURE AND BUY GOOD SEEDS W/ GOOD GENETICS". I dont want to end up with no hermies either. I have a habit of interupting their dark cycle because I like to look at my plants every hour or so. I gotta stop doing that. But I miss them so much.

Bag seed is great for a first grow because if they get killed it costed nothing. But there are hermie risks I guess if the genetics are crap. Just buy a good bag of weed and hope for a a seed and it could be a good bag seed grow.

If you want to go into the grow room during their night, use a green flash light. Plants can't "see" the color green so you would be kosher. Find some green cellophane paper and put it over the end of the torch and you made yourself a green flashlight. One day I will take my own advice and make a green one but, I just stay out of the grow room at night. If you must go in during the day, get the surrounding room as dark as possible before opening the door ie. close blind/shutters, turn off lights.

Well i snipped a sample bud off yesterday and despite it having seeds it still got me damn high.
I thought i would have harvested by now but they dont seem quite ready yet. Im tired of growing these hermies and didnt want to give them any shine on the site till they were done but oh well. i took pics of the most mature plant that i cant wait to harvest...probably give her 1 last week. what you think?

ive been lazy with pics but i found something so comical i thought i would post it.
One of my plants has actually reproduced itself! LOL
seed must have fell off the plant and sprouted in the same pot.
im thinking about transplanting and growing it...if only i knew it was female cuz im tired of the hermie saga!
I havent been tending to them too much, i know they have a nitrogen deficiency but i gave them their last flush recently and im not planning to give them any more nutes. But im curious about the purple leaves. is this normal at this point or another deficiency?

Lookin good man. If those leaves were not purple until recently, it is a deficiency. It could be nitrogen, or phosphorus but, at this point it really does not matter because they are almost done. Transplant that little seedling, it is worth a try. And your soil in the last pic looks pretty compact.

Yea soil is pretty compact after flushing it and it might have a deficiency but like you said at this point they are almost done and im just letting them go till chop time! I cant wait im so impatient lol.

OK time to finish up this journal. i harvested over a week ago and already started smoking the stuff so gotta take pics before theyre all gone. lol
My batteries were dying as i was taking the pics so i just had time to take quick pics of my finer nugs. Total harvest was about 4 ounces...and a ziplock bag full of seeds lol.
