Techno, this was grown from seed under 12/12 correct? If so thats the reason for them staying short, i love doing it as well, no time wasted as soon as the plant knows it can product it starts flowering, which is about at week 3 from seed.

Nice grow definately.

Did you suddenly decide to harvest in the last 3 days? I see no flushing or leaving them in darkness. How well formed ar those buds? I know you can't set a calender to grow but you seemed to harvest abit prematurely. Let us know how you future grows go Thks again
I didn't flush, just switched to straight water for the last water. The grow was all organic, even the nutes, so I wasn't to worried. No issues with the tast at all in the finished product. Buds weren't as dense as I like but that's due to using fluorescent instead of HID.

Timing wasn't my choice. I had to leave the country for two weeks so I cut the plants about 40 hours before I had to leave.

Nice grow definately.
Thanks for the props DierWolf. No, I started 18/6 and didn't switch to 12/12 until flower. I did however have a two week power outage during the middle of the veg period. No lights and the temps dropped down into the 40s.

Man this was an awesome grow!

I was thinking about getting one of those 4' garage lights from wal-mart to put in my closet so I won't have to buy so many CFLs are the t12 plant bulbs ok? or are t5s a must?

So did you like the Fox Farm stuff. I mean your buds do look awsome. I'm about to start my first grow and am using Fox Farm all the way.

Also how many how after how many waterings did you fertilize (every other, every two, etc)?

I would not use T12's. I use T8's for side lighting and you could probably use T8's for vegging but I'd recommend T5's if you want to try and flower.

I've been very happy with FF. I've used the Ocean Forest soil from the beginning and once I switched to using their ferts my plants did a lot better. They have a feeding schedule on their website that you can download and I've just been following that.

I don't use any ferts for the first week when the plants are in fresh soil since the soil should have enough in it. Then I alternate back and forth between fert waterings and straight water. I usually skip 2-3 days between waters so the plants are getting ferts once every 7-9 days.

I'm sure there are lots of ways that I could improve it even more but just using FF is simple and works wll for me; and my "small" grow is producing more than enough for my needs.

i skipped a few pages after 6, your problem with the earlier plants were either high ph or low ph, you have to give these girls 6.5!

So you did 70+ days of veg with a few water and fert issues along with 2 weeks of no light. What do you think made them short and bushy? Was it the two weeks no light? Was it the overwatering as seedlings? Question, questions. Could a person get the same results with better control and a faster 12/12? I am thinking if a quick grow with 12/12 as soon as the plants get 6 inches.

Sorry, been off for awhile. I'm sure it was the no light that streched the veg out but the bushyness was from using fluros. You can keep them very close to the top of the plants so no stretch.
