Well, today I transplanted my plant into a much larger pot, the roots were all bound up; I had no idea how extensive they would be for such a small plant but I broke the roots up a bit when I transplanted. After it was all potted, I watered it with some water with a pretty diluted dose of nitrogen, magnesium, and rooting hormone. Today was also time to change the yeast/sugar/water mixture for my CO2, so I did that and it went bubbling away with a few shakes, so now I have pleanty of CO2 for the night. I also added another CFL along with a flourescent tube. Hopefully my plant should have no excuses for not taking off now. I'll update with pictures tomorrow. Still have to name her, not quite sure what's the right one though.

Hey dude, keep up the good work, im a great fan of ghetto closet grows, i've currently got 4 lowryders on a grow diary over at international cannagraphic and hope to have them finished sometime after new year...

...little worried about leaving them for 10 days while i go away for christmas though!!

Well, I've actually upgraded now, to a ghetto grow cab; it's an old trunk that I no longer use. Yikes, 10 days, the longest I've left Merinda for is a weekend. Yes, I named her recently, after the girl who introduced me to smoking weed. Well, if you insist on pics, I can arrange it. She's really sporuted up since the last time I posted pics, started flourshing a few days after I transplanted her. Shes got a little nute burn a while ago, but nothing additional since then. Gave her a tiny Mg today though b/c her new leaves were twisted and Mg fixed that problem last time.

And you have some nice looking girls yourself =]

The lowryder is 7 weeks old, but she had a few major stunts in her growth due to a few unavoidable drastic changes in her enviroment early in life. So I think that may have put her back two or three weeks, as budding hasnt even started yet, and lowryder's supposed to harvest in 90 days. As for the seedling, no thats just a bag seed I started as a personal experiment for upside-down growing.

EDIT: I just fimmed my plant and even though its late I think it'll work out b/c its been gaining alot of height recently. The smell of her makes my room so skunky-sweet =D

Hey dude, hows the grow going, started budding yet?.. i ended up with 2 girls which are just growing some pubes right now! i also got a freak that grows three sets of leaves instead of two!

Well, I should have harvested this past weekend, but she still isn't budding. I thinks its because she had alot of stress and stunted growth early in her life.

Heres a pic from a week or two ago for fun:


The rest are attached. The first one is a lcose-up showing the resulting 2 main stalks from a little topping, the second two are just two different views. Shes quite bushy now, this is my only girl that that is exceptable (and desired) to be bushy, hehe. I'd like to see some updated pics of your plant as well whiskey. Thanks for checking in

woah, thats pretty tall.. and bushy!.. i cant see much bud though? and you say it should have been harvested by now, i guess set backs can stump growth for weeks!

well, i ended up with two girls, but one of them is kinda scragly and beat up cause it got heat stress and went crispy and shit.

the other one is doing great though... they'll be 30 days old tommorow, half way there!

Well this is my first grow, and the plant had a lot of stress early in life and alot of light irregularities, but I should have harvested over a week ago, however, the plant still isnt budding. Merinda has her preflowers, and hairs (at least higher up on the plant), but still isn't forming buds. I guess I'll just have to sit it out and wait. Good news however, someone is dumping off a seedling at my house that they can't take care of. Supposedly bag seed from Kush.

Can't wait to see how this turns out, I'm thinking of doing something like powerstout and lowryder 2 and cross them for seeds. But I need to make room for the grow first. Anyway

Hey, hey.

Are you still running the light 24/0? I know it's supposed to auto flower but have you considered bumping it down to 18/6 at least? Maybe that'll jump start the process. Every other lowryder log I've read the grower uses 18/6. Just a thought...
