Plants are looking great .I’ve read in a few places to start counting the weeks of flowering about one week after changing the light cycle or from the first signs of seeing pistels. This is what I’ve done, but I am a newbie to all of this so I may be wrong. As for the timing of the flowering period I would work to possibly around 9 weeks, and then start to keep an eye on the Trichs changing colour. I bought myself a jewellers eye glass the other day to do this, seems to work ok but I saw a cheap microscope in Maplins the other day for about £10 (100x magnification) bargin I thought.<O</O

someone said start counting when you see the 1st budlet (but i dont know what to look for lol). she showed her 1st pistels a few days to a week before going into 12/12. fella I got the seeds off said 8-9 weeks flowering, but I havent seen him in a while to ask him to take a look for me.
As for the trichs, I am hoping I'll be able to zoom in on some macro shots using photoshop

Hey what's up? Nice lady you've got there. I dunno what Dier means by budlet, I just count from when pistils appear. I just harvested a plant after 6 weeks counting from first pistils. If I counted from any later, I'd have a 5 week strain and I've never heard of that. But your girl was preflowering before 12/12, so I dunno. I don't know if you were still having humidity problems, but I read that a dryer climate makes the plant produce more oils (more cannabinoids) to protect itself, so I don't worry when mine drops into the 30s. If you wanna raise it, all you really gotta do is put a warm bottle of water in there. The lights will evaporate it. Good luck!

Edit again: Shit your humidity was high not low. I don't know if it'd work but you could try baking soda or kitty litter, just put a bag in there. I was told to put it in my dormant car to keep mold from growing inside, maybe it'll bring down humidity in a grow room too. 50 isn't anything to be worried about though. My first grow ran about 75 for the better part of it with no problems.

Alreet mister2, your plants are looking nice and healthy fella! Personally I counted down from pistils 1st showing, so I should be harvesting the first plant this weekend on day 48 of flower. Keep up the good work, you're going to enjoy the flowering process, once they get nice and smelly and the fat buds start swaying in the breeze I garuntee you'll have a grin on your face every time you open up the grow area!

I know what you mean, my friends plants are flowering and have HUGE great big buds on them, mine dont seem to have changed at all! I think its time I invested in some nutes.
Any recomendations anyone?
