Trouble Maker vs Blue Mystic

This is my first grow... hehe


I have been trying to germ some seeds from my bag of weeds. Unfornately, out of 20 to 30 seeds, i have no sucess of germination. Anyway, to cut the story short, I decided to purchased Blue Mystic and Trouble Maker... Well, I am pretty impress with the seed so far...

Here my log...

Trouble Maker Seeds

Day 1
09.12.2006@3:00pm / Temp: 33C(91.40F)
Trouble Maker seed will be labeled as TM#1.
Used paper towel method and ziplock bag.

Day 2
09.13.2006@10:30pm / Temp: 30C(86F)
The seed finally show signs of sprout or roots. Will wait for couple of days to let the roots grow atleast 1/4"





Day 3 09.14.2006@6:30pm / Temp: 32C(89.60F)
The seed was already sowed to soil. Will wait for couple of days before the 2 first leave appears.

Blue Mystics Seeds
Day 1

The seed still not showing signs of roots.

The seed still not showing signs of roots. Used sandpaper and small box to scruff the seed coating.
Seed is still in the paper towel and moist.

The seed finally show signs of sprout or roots. Will wait for couple of days to let the roots grow atleast 1/4"

What's the specs of the grow?? How about some description of your set-up, and plans for this grow.

I have both of these strains (blue mystic, and trouble maker) in seed storage, so I'll be keeping an eye on how they come along for you here. I tried a blueberry x c99 hybrid last round, and loved it!! Some of the nicest buds I've tasted in years. Good luck, and keep'em green

Anyone know if blue mystic is product of a Blueberry crossed with a blueberry, or is it a Blueberry x super skunk hybrid as I think I remeber hearing somewhere.. At any rate I'm hopeing for more of the blue/purple coloring out of my blue mystics.. My c99 hybrid had the smell/flavor, but not the coloring. Not sure what plants characteristics I got more of in my hybrid as c99 has a sweet pineapple flavor as well, but my bud structure was very similar to the blueberry pictured in the big book of buds minus he color

Well, it will be a small cabinet type setup... actually I am still working with my grow box right now... hehe but its going to be 24" tall 18 wide and 12" deep. I'll be using CFLs/circular floros as my lights. I am also considering to mums this soon...

The root is not long enough for sowing.

I just sprouted a few Trouble Makers about a week ago. I'll be keeping an eye on this journal.
