Hey man i like your method of sexing. But im wondering if youve found any sexual oddities because of this revegging? Or slowed vegetative growth afer switchback?

It looks like its working out for you though. Im really thing about copying this.

The only 'bad thing' about this sexing stuff is time.
(somehow this sounds weird )

I have to wait until I know which ones are male to get rid of them.
I will not LST my plants during pre-flowering, its possible but I wanna spare them double stress. (changes in photoperiod AND LST)
As you can see in the pics, my plants just keep growing during pre-flowering.
I estimate I'll get about 1 week of extra growing time for the whole grow, since the plant needs some time to adapt to the changing light conditions and back.

For me the bottom line is I need to put up the SCROG about 1 foot high, instead of a few inches, because it's longer already when I LST in comparison to LST after 3 or 4 weeks.

Hiiihiiiii check out my first MJ thea.
I chopped the two males I had into a zillion little pieces then boiled it for 3 hours with some butter in there.

DAMN THIS SHIT IS FUNKY!
This taste is so weird I can't describe it, but its a strong taste allright.
I'm not feeling any extra buzz yet, but I'm pretty certain I'll sleep well tonight.

DAY 042 : End of preflowering on preflower day 15.

Final score :

Males : 5
Females : 3
Mutant : 1

I guess this means that the pH of this soil I buy is a bit too low.
Three viable females out of 12 seeds is a pretty shitty score I think, it could be bad luck but I can't help but wonder....

All but the 3 females are killed.
I was totally wrong about them not needing water anymore.
As you can see on the pics 1 of the 3 has a bit droopy leaves.
I reorganized the soil a bit, gently, and watered it, plentyfull the soil was pretty dried up and shrunk. I'm considering putting in 25% sand into the mix next time.

Here you can see what I mean :

O hell, the good news is I can repot my babes and LST LST LST.

Update : Day 46 :

I get my three ladies some decent accomodations : 38 liters (10 gallons) square pots.
I repotted the plants and gave em each 2 liters of water.
I wouldn't try anything much bigger then this : they are quite heavy.
They sold these things as hobby boxes to store stuff in but I think this makes for a better use. Ofcourse I added the alu tape.
Again the pots are making the plants look small.

As you can see on the pics, I started LST-ing, just drilled one hole in every pot and use some solid copper wire strands.

Take notice of how the flowering didn't stop (yet) when I put it back on 18/6.
Maybe I should cut off the tops, and smoke the preflowers.

Yes I will lower the lights tomorrow, I want to wait until plant 3 has moved its big leave that sticking straight up, more horizontally.

First off, thanks for all the encouragement everyone!
I really appreciate it.

Status Update :

Day 049 from seed :

As expected some of the bottom leaves that touch the ground have gone yellow and will be removed.
You can see for yourself how the new shoots start developing already.
Some of the new shots seem to be stretching for the light, which I think is good, since I want the shoots to be at 'canopy' level as soon as possible so I can bend them around again.
See for yourself, especially in the plant in the last pic (#3) seems to get the hang of this side-shoot thing :

Also I resequenced the plants under the lights because of the difference in spectrum between my tubes and CFLs.
Counting from the left with a front view of my box : 123 became 132.

Looking nice as usual, well done on the LSTing . Your fourth pic, did you do anythign special to get the nodes so close together? I also feel I should tell you whenever I see you name I read it as UrgeMeister. I dunno why and I know it's your greatest fear but for some reason urgemeister is stuck.
