Shrooms?

i was walking through the woods the other day when i came across a patch of shrooms growin on a rotting tree anybody got some helpful info? so i can tripp and not die?

there brown with brown stems i live in vermont and i cant find anything on them! i lso found some that are orangish please reply i check this frequently

It could be anything. There are thousands of different varieties of mushrooms.
