saltwater for me.

i have 2 hobie kayaks, with peddles for your feet, you FLY through the water.

my buddy and i bagged 3 42 lb+ yellowtail off of a kelp bed (SOCAL) this past season (july-sept)

i dont know yet, but we're
1)smoking one,
2)making some soup,
3)making a dried/salted piece (goes great with beer),
4)"stuffing" another one (take out all the meat, mix some other tasty stuff in it, shove it back in and bake it - DELICIOUS),
5)and salting a couple of tails (you know how they sell salty salmon that's pretty much raw, just salted? same thing).

i don't know how this is going to taste yet but im 99.9999% sure its going to be great

edit: we dont go fishing nearly often enough, everyone is always busy.. my dad's fishing buddies have dozens of these hanging on their balconies, drying, waiting to be eaten with large amounts of beer

There is nothing more relaxing to me than sitting down on the muddy banks of the Osage River in the middle of the night smoking a cigar & a fist full of doobies as you listen to the critters of the night waiting on the great white beast of the river, mobycat to hop on my line.

perch is so much fun lol. especially if you find a big (whats the word for a herd of fish?)... the second you get your lure/minnow/wajhtever in the water, they attak it. soooo much fun haha. and the cool thing is that even if they are small they are very active. back in my country we just tie a piece of red thread to the hook. no lures, no minnows, nothing. all handmade when it comes to ice fishing haha

I am absolutely addicted to fishing! But I suck at it. The whole summer I went fishing every night, only caught small ass cats or turtles. I want the big shit!
