Re: What's for dinner?

I'm making Osso Buco (braised veal shanks) but instead of the traditional Risotto Milanese I'm serving it with garlic mashed potatoes. We'll have a light salad as a starter with it and I have some fresh baguettes ready to go into the oven right now.

Heh. I hear that. I've been taking something of a break from work; no travel at least. Being home and not having a heavy workload has led me to *ahem* consume a bit more of the herb than maybe is smart. I have to kick myself in the ass to make dinner sometimes
