Re: What's for dinner?

I had something I've never had before at dinner tonight,
Lamb Meatballs.

I love lamb and I love meatballs however I did not really ever consider the mix of the two.
It took my mom 24hrs to prepare it, something to do with slow cooking the herbs in it like rosemary.
It was delicious, have some leftovers for tomorrow at lunch too.

Re: What's for dinner?

Mixed vegetables and an Apple.

Looks kind of weird writing it out, but it was actually a decent dinner.

No it's not; it lacks grains and protein, but not every meal needs to be 'balanced'. What's more important is what one eats over the span of several days.

Or what someone eats before their body goes into REM cycle.

Several days?
Aren't there daily recommendations of consumption amounts of the different food groups?

Yes but if the numbers add up over a 2-3 day period with regards to total requirements it's just fine. It's easier to make sure you get everything you need each day though.
