This is the second of my original, weed inspired, short jokes.
Why do they call Spartan 117 the Master Chief? Because he takes ten hits off the blunt without passing it.

I personally didn't find it that funny, but it does make perfect sense...
Chiefing = Taking more hits than your supposed to. Master CHIEF... I don't understand what's not to get, unless you don't know Halo of course.
