I've always been interested in astral projection, but never been able to accomplish it (on purpose) no matter how much meditation and shit I do.
I started trying to get into this astral projection. After reading a lot about it. I would notice during my dreams I felt like I knew it was a dream but only for sure realized after I woke up. I read u have to start by knowing ur dreaming to controlling what u dream of then it's easier to astral project. I haven't done it yet but if I really tried getting back into deep meditation I def think I could do it. Just haven't had the energy to really practice my meditation skills in a minute unfortunately. I'm not like them, but I can pretend.
