I composed a list of everything I found. My mom just keeps getting stronger pain relievers and muscle relaxers, so then she stops using the old ones. Obviously I can't take the ones shes using now, but hopefully theres some gold in with this list. It's mostly alphabetized, and the stars indicate a med which had a "controlled substance" sticker on them. Any help will do, even if its telling me something that definitly wont do anything for me. I have ALOT of that Arthrotec and Zoloft so I hope one of those will help, although, I took 2 50 mg of zoloft and dont feel any different, save but a little nausea. Alprazolam* (Zanax?) - Bottle says .25 mg, but there was 2 different pills inside. One was a small circular light orange one, on one side it said 563, on the other side SC, the other was a regular oval pill, light pink, with 018 on one side, and like a cursive loop on the other Arthrotec Biaxin XL Bupropion Cyalobenaprine Duravent (I think this is just for sinuses) Effexor HT-Tuss DM Elixir HIT (liquid) Meclize Methocarbamol Mobic Naproxen Nortriptylin Neurontin Oxycodone/APAP* Paxil Tizanidine Ultracet Ultram (for pain) Vioxx Viac? (hand written, hard to read, originally Vicoprofen* but crossed out) EDIT: Apparently "vicodin with ibuproffin" Wellbutrin Zoloft Zyrtec Last edited by DCrist721; 05-28-2006 at 04:58 AM. |

Ill check on the color later, but about the Alprazolain, according to this site (http://webnat.com/hi/PharmAndOptions.asp) it and Zanax are one in the same. EDIT: Nvm, looking at my handwritting, I realize that I took the "m" apart so I thought it was an "n" and an "i", it is alprazolam, or zanax. How many should I take? And what are the effects? The first one is xanax. Oxycodone/APAP* is something you'll deff enjoy. Viac? (hand written, hard to read, originally Vicoprofen* but crossed out) is vicodin with ibuproffin(SP?). Zoloft is an anti-deppressent. Thats all i can think of off the top of my mind real drunk.

I tried to make a picture of one of the pill in the alprazolam container. I already identified the orange pill as cyclobenzaprine a muscle relaxer. The symbol on the back was weird, like a skinny sideways scripted 3 or a weird flat cursive w. |

Went through on another site to find more information on the ones i couldnt find. Got information now on all of them but HT-Tuss DM Elixir HIT (liquid) which i think is a prescription cough medicine. Arthrotec - Is used to treat osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis in people at high risk for developing stomach or intestinal ulcers. Diclofenac and misoprostol may also be used for purposes other than those listed in this medication guide. Biaxin XL - Anti-Biotic for Pnuemonia. Cyalobenaprine - Flexeril. Cyclobenzaprine is a drug used to relax muscles. Duravent - Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine. It blocks the effects of the naturally occurring chemical histamine in the body. Chlorpheniramine prevents sneezing; itchy, watery eyes and nose; and other symptoms of allergies and hay fever. Meclizine - Dramamine. Meclizine is an antihistamine. It blocks the effects of the naturally occurring chemical histamine in your body. Meclizine is used to treat nausea, vomiting, and dizziness associated with motion sickness. Meclizine may also be helpful in treating vertigo. Meclizine may also be used for purposes other than those listed in this medication guide. Methocarbamol - Methocarbamol is a muscle relaxant. It works by blocking nerve impulses (or pain sensations) that are sent to your brain. Methocarbamol is used, along with rest and physical therapy, to treat injuries and other painful muscular conditions. Methocarbamol is also used in the treatment of tetanus. Methocarbamol may also be used for purposes other than those listed in this medication guide. Naproxen - Naproxen is in a class of drugs called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Naproxen works by reducing hormones that cause inflammation and pain in the body. Naproxen is used to reduce pain, inflammation, and stiffness caused by many conditions, such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, ankylosing spondylitis, injury, abdominal cramps associated with menstruation, tendinitis, and bursitis. Vioxx - Anti-inflammatory drug. Pulled from the market. Zyrtec - Cetirizine is an antihistamine. Cetirizine blocks the actions of the naturally occurring chemical histamine in the body. Cetirizine is less likely than some other antihistamines to cause side effects such as drowsiness and dizziness. Cetirizine is used to treat the symptoms of allergies such as sneezing; runny nose; itching, tearing, and redness of the eyes; and hives.

I searched the forums and found that a couple of things might work, but alot of posts condtradicted each other, thats why I posted this new thread. As for the zoloft, I don't know why the hell its used for eating disorders. I took one last night and today and it makes me not want to eat, even if I feel kind of hungry, as soon as I take a bite of something I don't want to eat anymore. If the reefer doesnt fix that then at least Ill be nice and slim for summer. | |
