Best cultivation laws in America!

:smoking:I was having a conversation with a friend last night and we were trying to figure out what state in America has the best cultivation laws.
I think the quick easy answer would be California, but is it really?
Perhaps there are other states that have different and better laws that most aren't aware of.
Because I was thinking Colorado personally. :bongin:
Anyway, hope I can get some interesting responses. :smoke:

I know it's not a state, but the Emerald triangle has the most lenient mmj growing laws. Something like 99 plants...


Washington is lenient too, we can have up to 15 plants, which is more than most mmj states.

in your opinion.......do you know which one out of the three counties in the Emerald Triangle is the best, or are they more or less pretty much the same???:confused:???

take that back, I think Humboldt is the only county in the Emerald triangle that you can have 99 plants.

edit: nevermind...I guess you can have 99 in Mendo too. Trinity county laws are by the square foot, not by how many plants..
