i'm talking about running as an exercise, or just running in general. I could never run worth a damn.. never got the breathing I guess.

I never understood people who actually enjoy running. How do you do it? I'd like to be able to run better and longer, and not feel like I'm dying. Geesh, I couldn't even run before I started smokin'.

haha i hear ya... at first it's hell TRUST ME I KNOW, but soon u'll get use to it just DONT GIVE UP

I can see why u think that, but if u get into it, after the first few runs it aint bad (especially if u stick some hip hop on loud), and u get an endorphin rush similar to after sex/have a j when u finish...

saying that, it aint the most fun u can have

When I took PE in school or whatev, I never wanted to run. I was like "eh fuck it.." lol. I'm just so chillax.
But when I'm running from something, I effing love it! Once I was walking around my neighborhood at night, and I got spooked, and ran home. I was so pumped, I went back outside and ran around a little bit more. Heh.

When you run it is important to breath in through your mouth and out through your nose....... It sort of regulates your breathing while allowing you to take bigger breaths.
