isnt it kinda pointless to get the crystals off the bud into kief then put them back on the same bud? you should roll up a doob with .7 and share it then smoke a bowl with keif. also if you goto the hardware store and ask for silkscreen with 100 to 125 lines per inch it works the same way. my dad had a larger version of your method with a wood box 18 x 18 inches with a silkscreen on it hed just put his buds on there move em around and the scrape up the kief.it would even work with shakers

Didnt really know where else to ask this, but was wondering...
Are there any advantages to press the kief into hash as opposed to just leaving it to sprinkle over a bowl? I dont know if i see the point of going through the trouble to press it when you're gonna smoke it anyway...

wire up a shitload of motors stripped off old cd rom drives tape decks ect and toss a dot of solder or what ever lug you'd like on the spindle to get them off balance then epoxy or mount them to your silk screened boxs edge

load it with shake power up and watch the kief collect on your marble or what have you

A similar method I use involves a film canister, you put aluminum foil over the inside of the cap, poke sever small holes with a tooth-pick, put your dro in the pill bottle, and shake it like your jerkin it off, holding onto the lid tightly cuz it should be on the bottom. You peel off the aluminum foil with the lid on a flat surface, and voila its full of crystals and super fine hairs and flakes of the dank greenery. =D
