^^ if your training to be a cpt, tell me some clues on how I can become more tone quicker--without losing strength e.t.c.
Right now I'm sorta at the stage where I can either do strength lifting and gain muscle mass and stregth--but I'd look bigger. I know the ladies like guys that are tone and smaller--I guess?? but ya--either I can go tone excersize route---or I can go stregth building route. pz

if u want to gain muscle, do little cardio, and eat a large meal before and after, eat a lot of protein, chicken fish etc
work out one muscle group at a time, and rest between sessions Increase weights gradually, keep your body guessing with different exercises, and work hard, the last push will be the one that gets results! |

You might want to eat 6 small meals a day as opposed to 3 larger ones for a healthier diet.. more energy -->(possibly more confidence) I wont say anything about excercise.. you seem to have a set routine.
There are ways to increase naturally increase your confidence. Just look on google for some ideas. heres some: 1) dont put yourself down 2) work on weaknesses one at a time 3) Fake Feeling Confident <---- thats a good one... (i sometimes fake being Brad Pitt from Troy or George Jung from Blow when i'm feeling shy) 4) Choose a role model and act out their good traits 5) Paint a pleasant picture of yourself in your mind 6) Give yourself credit when you do a good job 7) Do something you are good at and stay occupied <-- don't give yourself too much time to negatively reflect on yourself until you stop doing it 8) Stop being so damn self concious 9) Be relaxed <--- try stress reduction stuff (smoke some herb, learn to meditate) 10) Remember all the good things you have achieved 11) Choose your thoughts carefully 12) Study confident people <----- this is a good tip.. just watch how peers do it 13) Don't compare yourself to everyone 14) Be around other confident, nonjudgemental people 15) Take responsibility for your actions--- dont use a scapegoat.. stand up for yourself and if someone doesnt like how you do things, confront them confidently 16) Always be concious of your posture <---- body launguage is 90% of communication i find that an overly confident posture attracts girls to me at parties hehe. heres a link to improve your GAME: http://www.pick-up-women.com/ foods that cause depression: http://www.13.waisays.com/index.html (if you're depressed, you're probably not as confident as you could be. This is just some diet stuff theres other ways to handle it.) Remember, theres no use in reading this if you dont act it out.. it takes to long to gain confidence PASSIVELY. keeping those tips in the front of your mind will help you subconciously act more confident (so you have all of your brain working on it) i suggest going to a doctor, as someone mentioned before, before taking over the counter stuff. It'll be more expensive, but at least you'll know exactly what you're putting in your body. The testosterone boost wont do anything if you dont actively work on your confidence. Sorry if the bold shit seems corny, but i wanted to make you read all this.. it's kinda long :/

Sup guys?
I am still alive and kicking it. Been very busy--and don't really have the time/$ right now to cheef up. THus I haven't hit up grasscity as consistantly as I used to. I work at a supplment store now--I know all about test booster. infact--if someone else needs some advice on test boosters hit me up. lol! pz
