Do you work out?

Hey I work out basically everyday.(except when I have work the whole fuckin day) I just wanted to know how many of you actually work out or take fighting classes or something. I work out at this gym and go to a fighting gym every monday, wed., and friday. I bench only about 200(rep) and about 275-285 max. Oh and I weigh 150lbs.

So post up your bench and weight. NO FUCKIN POSERS dont lie about this shit, thats pointless. and if you are around here maybe we can workout and smoke after.....

i started going every day for the first few weeks of summer, but now i only go on and off maybe once or twice a week cause i work like 30-40 hrs and dont like to get up early enough to go before work

Work out? Christ, no!

I like skateboarding and snowboarding. Volleyball and bikes...that's enough workout for me. Been to the gym once...hated it. So I dunno how much I press, either.

I work out about every other day, no body building or anything, just maitenence workouts. I use free weights and do pushups and simple stuff like that, then spend about 45 minutes on the tread mil. Ive taken more "fighting" classes than some cops, and every time, i learn something new. That knowledge, along with keeping myself in shape has saved my ass a couple of times while working. However, i am a strong believer in exercising ones mind as equally as the body. How many big, brute, ripped guys do you know that are dumb as a brick? I probably read more than most of my teachers, and anyone that doesnt read is really letting their brain go to waste. I know that sounds like some lame, librarian, book freak thing to say, but im serious, read something, you'll be suprised how good it feels to know shit. And how In do you think you would be if you are talking to a girl, and she mentions a book that youve actually read, then you talk about it. You have just set yourself above 95% of the other guys she knows. And it has been my experience that if you come off as someone who reads, and is intelligent, she wont give a shit if you smoke pot. But having muscle always helps. Pump iron, read books, live well.

my recent transition into the world of pot has opened my eyes to becoming a healthier person. although i don't work out yet and i don't really see myself working out in a gym or anything even in the future, i've got a desire to get in shape and eat healthier now. that's is something i haven't had for a long time... go pot!

not tryna be mean but there was already like 2 threads about this lol. SEARCH button. but eh... yea i work out. I try to at least. My senior year (05' bitches! woo) i worked out mon/wed/fri and ran mon-fri. Now that summer hit, im just relaxin. i still get up and run sometimes, but i havent hit a gym in like 3 weeks. As soon as i start up college i will probably get back into the routine (as im goin to college to become a personal trainer lol)

Sirum, your 150 reppin 200? How many reps do u follow? Thats pretty fuckin decent, must have a good build. Im 230lbs and im reppin like 270 or so... maxed out yesterday @ 315, sore as a bitch today lol.
Whats ur max on squat? clean? power clean? (if u even do those)

Work out every day(one day upper half, next lower). 2 miles on a treadmill 2-3 times a week. Smoke after each! Dedicated club swimmer. ex-wrestler.

Lets just say I know how to relax!

nah 2004 was much better for two reasons:

1. I graduated that year.
2. Rearrange the numbers what do you get? 04:20 (Alot of our class smoked, we were also the last class to truely have fun, throw parties and was named worst class of our high school by 2 different teachers.)

PS. that last fact is not something I am proud of, just proud enough to say I was part of that.

repin 185-190 now on bench, maxin around 230 or something i guess i forget

i wanna start running again, ive been doing it off an on lately, ill just roll a nice j and go runnin ya know

and imo--saying how much you bench is a stupid way to asess someones strength and physical activity/ability--there are so many other excersizes besides benching.
Everyones always like "I bench more then you--therefore I'm a better person" I call bull shit.

Benching is only one God damn muscle on your body full of 100s of muscles.

Note--I only get irritated about this at the guys that are obviously full of themselfs that I encounter, not this thread at all.

i just went out and smoked a couple of cigarettes while walking around (i'm out of bud ). i know it's not a big deal to you guys who actually do work out, but for me i haven't done anything really physical for a while so walking is a good start.
