Is it legal to sell DXM online? I know people do, but do they have to say like "Not for human consumption" or something? The reason I ask is because I may have a reliable source for powder DXM that I could sell online like legalhighs.org does and I'm thinking of opening shop. I just have no idea about the laws (US) that might prevent me from doing it.

EDIT: I should add that I know it's legal to sell things like Cough Syrup that has DXM in it online, but do those people have to have a license to sell pharmecuticals (sp) online?

i wouldnt sell things that public and what not..someone will just press charges against ur "DXM" like every other american business.

Why would you want to even buy it online? I'm sure every town has a pharmacy...

buying dxm offline--the dxm is usually in a more concentrated purified form--looks like white powder.
Its very pure, so usually one or two pills is the equivlent of 300mg of dxm.
So basically taking one or two pills is the same as drinking a whole bottle of dxm.

So the pills are worth the money for sure.
And yes its legal to sell dxm as it is just cough syrup (of course the pills are concentrated)

and dxm isn't considered a "pharmacutical" becuase its not a over the counter thing, and its not prescribed--you can buy dxm in cough syrup form, right off the aisles in the medince area (at least I can find it)

hey dude just a tip dont buy it from legalhighs.org they are a scam. try writing them an email first see if they respond. its perfectly legal to sell it online. im sure there are sites that still sell it they are getting harder to find tho

I know of places online where you can buy pure dxm... the white powder. The only thing is, you have to buy a hefty ammount, which is why only people that i know SELL IT, instead of just take it for recreational use.

You can fit 500mg into a capsule if you get the right size, and they arent even that big. I sell 500mg pills for $5 each. Good business, especially if you know the right people.
