Thumbs down Tracfone wireless cell phone service -rant, dont buy beware etc etc bleh blabbbbbbbbb

I was just wondering if anyone has a cell phone with Tracfones service. Ive had more trouble with this cell service than all the horror stories Ive heard of cell phone bills, charges, service with every other company combined.
They dont believe me they charged me twice? no problem, lets conference my bank, we'll prove that I was charged twice by your company. Dont want to giveme the refund? I swear this customer service rep was going to take it to the grave with her! My money and the facts from the bank they did charge me.
But you know what bothered me most about this whole situation. Wasnt the hour and 20 min I was on the phone, wasnt the run around I got, practically calling me a liar before the bank stepped in, it was the fact that I coul dbarely understand the customer service rep becuase of her accent. Ive had to call them numerous times and it didnt add up that every time I talked to someone with a strong Indian accent --barely understanding what she was saying, hoping that she knew what i was saying!!
Then after the lady HUNG UP on the conference between me and the bank, the nice bank guy informs me hes personally and with the bank has had numerous problems with the company, and in fact their customer service isnt even in America, its out of, guess? INDIA.

I had to call dell once about something that went wrong with my computer. and I got so pissed off because this indian lady didn't understand what the fuck I was talking about.... I think I'm going to start asking where the custormer service department is based out of before I buy shit.

Actuly, both me and my mom use Tracfone, and I am actuly quite pleased. The only problem I have had is when I couldn't understand that damn Indian... But other then that, great coverage, good reception, no dropped calls, good price... ect.

ND, in fact the nice english speaking bank guy took care of it all for me. His supervisor advised him to refund one, but in turn, actually refunded both.

Id like to get a regular cell service, but cant afford to put that much out a month. AND, couldnt get it anyhow, with the horrible credit I currently have. its evil credit!!

lol yeah u have to keep calling back until you find someone that speaks english...you know how confusing it was to listen to the lady and let her tell you how to reformat my comp when i knew nothing at all..glad that changed..took like 5-6 hrs in total to get my comp back to normal one time and days to get someone that spook english because you have to wait 40-60mins to get someone to talk too..

did you have to put some sort of crazy deposit or first monthy charge down? something to think about definetly
