Ok, Im high as fuck writing this so sorry if any misspellings. But I been wondering a lot latley, what Im going to be doing soon. Im just out of high school, and workig. Living at my parents house. Im going to start classes soon in February. But after that semester I dont think I can go to school and work. The only reason I can do school in February is b/c Im getting laid off soon and unemployment will pay for my classes. Plus I want to move out soon. It will be hard though, w/ bills and shit. Not many of my friends are going to be in a position to get a place soon. I think I could though.

I either want to do that OR save some money and going hang out in Germany for a summer. It would be this coming summer. I have relitives over there that would always welcome me. If I went to Germany I would not have too much money when I come back, nor would I be in any position to move out.

Im leaning towards going to Germany, just b/c thats dope and I LOVED it the first time I was there. I wasnt ready to leave. Traveling also gets harder as you get older which is why I want to do this while Im young.

What do you guys think I should do? Anyone ever stayed in Europe for an extended time, How was it?

I dont, I want to pick one of the two. I either want to go over to Germany or maybe try getting a place here w/ friendfs. Then go to school once I can manage things at the house. I dont know if I will be getting a place right away if I stay here.

I would say do what makes you happy but being a college student living on my own, If I had gone over seas b4 college I would spend most of my money. That money might save you down the line when you have to choose between school or a job or both and bills. If you have already been there, well then I would just stay here until your finished with school or have lots of $.

I'd get a degree and a job that would pay for multiple visits to Europe. If you did well in school, you should be able to study abroad.

I would say get going towards finding a place (here) to live, job, and classes. Once you move out of your parents house moving back in isn't easy at all and from the sounds of it, that's what you would do if you went to Germany. Where would the money come from to go to Germany? If you saved all your money now to go then once you blew all the cash there and came home you would be exactly where you are now.

Yeah I know thats what sucks. But Im thinking going there is once in a life time deal. Once Im on my own, w/ bills and all I think it would be harder to go than it is now. I dont have anything but a phone bill to pay now

It is somewhat true that it will get harder to get over there. Not so much because of money but of commitments and job and whatnot.

If you feel very strongly about it you should go. If you don't you have the rest of your life to regret it. I'm just saying don't go based on logical reasons not emotional. You have to weigh it out in your own mind.
