No tree in my house this year.

Prolly put one up at my girls house. Hopefully she don't want to do it too early. Anything before T-Giving is too soon if you ask me.

I have a macramé hanging table that I made as a high activity a few years back, since then I've decorated it like a Christmas tree instead of getting a real (or fake) one.

Looks pretty much like that, except mine is brown. When it isn't fulfilling it's duties as a Christmas tree (normally Dec15-Dec30) it doubles as a weed table next to my couch.

I'd say it's not too early. I just got back from the mall and I already see garlands and lights going up in dept. stores.

We usually start decorating the middle of this month. At least a week before thanksgiving.

I remember our first christmas in this house we put up 5 trees, ~1500 lights, and covered the grand piano in a Department 56 "Christmas in the City" collection. O.o'

Overkill.

Now we just decorate the mailbox, front door, some shrubs and put up one tree. Much more sane.

Well my dad is a retired builder and this house was his last project. So we kinda went overboard. I dunno why exactly we put up so many but damn it was a sight. We even had a white tree! :P

Usually right after Thanksgiving.My mom does that shit with the miniature houses and trees too.

I love Christmas though.Theres this older couple around here that puts lights and decorations on everything in their yard,you can actually see it from far away and its open to the public.Love blazing and checkin it out.It usually gets bigger every year.

The x-mas tree goes up a little over a week before Christmas. Maybe two weeks. The last thing you want is a dead and rotting tree on Christmas day lol. My dad usually puts like fertilizer in the water of the tree stand with some vitamins or other weird shit and it'll stay nice and green up until around New Years. Then in January you get to go stock up on x-mas trees, put em out in the woods and then burn them in the spring and summer! They're awesome for bon fires.

man i fucking LOVE christmas trees. that whole period is full of chocolates love and warmth i dunno man. i fucking love this season. and its my birthday soon too.

i just feel comfortable and good inside when i see a nice beutiful tree. fucking love it

we usually put ours up around beginning of december. november is waaaaaaay to early, it definatly doesnt feel like part of christmas.

we leave ours up really long tho, till after jan 7, the orthodox christmas.. i celebrate both the 25th and orthodox christmas
