I was on a site today looking at the states laws and on one it said for cutivation 10 plants or less its a felony you could get 4.5 years and a $500 - $25,000 fine but for 11 to 50 plants you'll get 3 months - 7.5 years a $1,000 - $50,000 fine and for More than 50 plants you'll get 1 - 15 years $1,000 - $100,000


I mean yeah the fine goes up, but for one plant you get 4.5 years and for 11-50 plants you could get 3 months??? WTF?????

Man, in this state it's worse to sell....than to grow. Supposedly, you don't get jail time for growing...but, buying you do. Dealers even seem to get a break over buyers...

I've been thinking of posting facts about what would happen if marijuana was legalized everywhere on posts to spread the word. Just a thought.
