Is it true that weeds legal in Canada cause if it is I"m moving there when I"m old enough!!

I heard something about it being legal with a prescription (medicinal marijuana) but I don't remember if it was on the news or if it was a rumor.

No, its not legal....yet
however, if you require it medicionally, it is possible to legally cultivate, and smoke it.

The authorities are much more lenient about it here than in the states. Pretty much, if your not dealing it and dont have more than a few ounces in possetion, they wont bother you.

Hopefully, within the next couple of years, it will be decrimionalized. Decrimionalization already has the support of the Asociation of Chiefs of Police, and many politicians.

All this results in pretty cheap weed though. Today I bought a 1/4 of really fine bud for about $40US

Come move here anyways. The more of us smoking pot the better
