Codeine in cough syrup
i found a bottle of cough syrup in my cabinet, never knew it was there. its from a prescription, cuz it has that label w/ the doctors name n shit.....and it says guafenisen(sp?) which makes you puke if you have enuff, and it also said codeine and liquid mor (mabey meant morphine?) i couoldnt find the amount of codine in it..there was a hand written 4.5 on label, mabey meant 4.5 mg of codeine
so has anyone had this before? how much would i have to take, and how much codeine/morphine is it ? anyone know? experiences?

4.5 mg per 5mL. i dont know the dosages to get you fucked up on codeine but ummm.... i doubt theres morhpine. guaifenesin is bad. dont take it. you should put that bottle back and go find some DXM or somethin...

Since you never knew it was there, it has probably been there for way longer than what you want to trust. You dont know what it might do to you... I dont know about experation dates and what not on percs, but I wouldn't trust it enough to try... the High you *might* get isn't worth the risk, IMHO.

Doesn't seem too bad then... I'm still a bit skeptical about it though.. but I mean, seriously, dont let anyone tell you what you Should or Shouldn't do... it has to be your decision, because you're the only one who has to live with the consequences... Just my opinion.

I suggest to post in my "herbal extractions thread"
becuase there are ways to extract the pure codiene out of the cough syrup that you have.--maybe even freebase it (make it smokeable) And maybe someone has some info on that. And I could take a look on erowid.com for you. --Will

i dont know about liquid codeine, but i have 30mg pills, and i take three of those and smoke a few bowls to get real relaxed, and 4 to get shitfaced...you do the math
 edit: and the mor could definitely stand for morphine. on my perscription bottle of codeine it says acetaminophen COD. they abbreviate...
