The last couple of day's I've been feeling really terrible... went to the doc today and found out I have strep throat... I've never had it before, and it sucks!!!! I can't go to class tonight which really blows, since it's my favorite one, of course, I do have a good excuss for missing work...but that just means I'll have to make the days up, so even that isn't so great... UGH!!! sorry.. thanks for letting me rant.

l,am coming down with the flu. lol,l lasted till the start of spring at least this year

I havn't had strep for a few years (knock on wood), but from what I remember it did suck bad. Throat seems to hurt all the time. I remember it hurting to smoke at first. LOL, only at first. Eventually you get stoned and feel a little better.

I can't get Strep without ending up in the hospital. When I was little, I'd also get Scarlet Fever afterwards. It was a bitch. The last time I had Strep, I had chunks of puss in the back of my throat and my doctor would yell at me for trying to scrape it off. It was awful. This dumbass came to work a week or so ago with it and I had to go get on meds just because I was around him. Someone can be in the same area and I'll get the germs without them even getting close to me. I feel for ya. Get well ~karma~ is headed your way.

one of my kids cant get it without the scarlet fever either....they each bring it home several times a year

last time i had that was like 2 years ago... i usually get really sick a lot, my immune system isn't that good.. but i haven't been sick for the longest time.. i can't even remember the last time is was.. hehe sweet

I dont have a hook up right now, so I have to suffer! I don't typically get sick, but this one just grabbed me and knocked me on my ass!! The worst part is, I'm a mom.. and the typicall, house would fall apart with out her mom. So I get to take care of everyone else and then me... When the doc did the swab on the back of my throat there was blood in it, so I imagine that's not very good... I'm hoping it will go away soon. He gave me a shot of penicillin, but nothing "good." I don't even know where I got it from.. probably at work, I deal with so many people... I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy... Thanks everyone for the well wishes... it means alot.

Last time I got strep (i get it at least once a year, along with a right ear infection) it wasn't too bad, but every morning I was hacking up a big ball of black shit... you know arn't healthy if you got blood or black shit hiding in the back of ur throat!

d`oh! I hate strep throat sooo much, I just got over a small cold that lasted only a few days. So i'm happy about that.

ouch! strep throat sucks ass! when I was a kid I would get it a couple times a year, every year, so I def. feel your pain.
its the worst, but I guess the shitty stuff is what makes being normal tolerable

Text Signatures: 4 lines normal size OR 8 lines small size and up to 90 chars per line. Font sizes above 2 are not allowed. For images in signatures: 1 image up to 300 pixels wide, 125 pixels tall and 20k in size.
