Cop lets tokers slide!

So, one night a couple buddies were in a car, loading a bowl. Once loaded, out of nowhere a police car drives right past the parked car, and shines his spotlight inside. So, everyone in the car is all freaked out once the cop turns around after he makes his pass. He eventually comes up next to the car and asks for the drivers license and proceeds to get behind the car and run the plate. After a period of about 5 minuets he comes up to the car and asks the driver to get out. After a couple simple questions like "what are you doing tonight" etc. He just flat out says "I can smell the weed in your car, and if you tell the truth, you won't get in trouble". So hearing this news the driver goes inside and grabs a gram bag and says this it what we have. Eventually he makes everyone get out and they tell him they have another bag of dro. So the cop says " dump the weed on the ground and crush it with your shoe" So they proceed to crush it, and the cops says "because you were honest with me, I'm going to let you all off with a warning, your lucky your not going to jail." Before the cop leaves he askes them, "so how much is a gram of this stuff these days?'' They reply around $20. He replys "wow thats a lot more expensive then in my day"

P.S. After that, they still had a gram in their car and they went and smoked it
