question on custom made pieces

i bought a bubbler about a week and a half ago from a head shop and my stupid boyfriend broke it a couple days ago. i've looked everywhere online for the same style as the one i bought but have been very unsuccessful. i was wondering if anyone knew of any place that can custom make pieces... i have a picture of it if anyone can help (or if you just want to see it)

glassblowers are pricey. i'd just keep looking for something of similar design. i tried to get a custom piece blown for my friends and myself, it would have been $600+... given we had a complicated design in mind.
