| Re: I got a check in the mail for $5997... halp meh.
i've never seen a bank that will let you cash that much money without money in your own account to cover it
hell, most banks arent going to straight give you six grand in cash for any reason (just imagine how tempting six grand in cash might be to the rest of the folks in the bank..)
you'd probably have to make an appointment with someone in the bank and they'd ask you to set up an account
blah blah blah
see your check and validate the existence of money on the other and
blah blah blah
and when the found out that it was bullshit (barring a legit miracle) they'd refer you to the police so you can give them the information on the scam
(and the jakes are so dumb that they'd perhaps assume you were in on it)
if you somehow get six grand in cash
hire a lawyer with it
and see if the two of you can tget your hands on that 150 g's
wishful thinking
dont give out NO INFAMATION!
check and checking scams are easy as cake these days
identity theft (spooky name haha) is getting more and more common as information be3comes accessible through technology
i'd also see if you could sell it to a homeboy for like twenty bucks and see if he bites!
i keed i keed!
