What do you prefer, acid or shrooms?

Personally, i think shrooms would be funner. They're natural, and they would seem like a fun thing to trip on in the woods or somewhere in nature. But acid, it's man-made, and all i can say is that it FUCKS YOU UP. I've done acid once, and i ingested one hit. I think the hits were weak because i didn't hallucinate (only when i concentrated on it) much on it, but i got extremely fucked up. I was thinking differently, and the comedown fucking sucked, i felt like shit. But the experience was definetly cool. Planning on trying acid on friday, since i recently found a constant supply of it now. I have one question about acid though, i know that there is no fatal dose, and i've read up on erowid plenty of times, but never could find an answer to this question. How does one hit of acid affect your brain? I've just been wondering about that.

But back to the point of this post, what do you prefer? Acid or shrooms? Why do you prefer one over the other? Or are you one of those crazy mother fuckers (i'm saying that in a good way) that prefer both at the same time?

I prefer shrooms, I just really like the trip off of them. I've only done acid a couple times and even though I hallucinated like crazy I still prefer shrooms.

definately shrooms. I like the shorter 6 hour trips. that means i can trip on a night that i have class or work the next day. Its also a much "softer" trip.

myself i would pic shrooms. acid can fuck u up. literally. it scrambles ur brain! anytime when i was younger tho, i had good trips. had a blast. but i would never do acid again. shrooms i like. i haven't done those either in a long time, shrooms def. i would do again.

Right. How much did they take? I'm pretty sure they didn't die directly from the acid they took. Was it something they did while one it?

It depends. Acid is good, but it's very powerful, very intense, and needs to be treated with lots of respect. Shrooms aren't as intense as LSD, and the trips are pretty short, but they don't give very intense visuals.

For an evening, I'd say shrooms. For a weekend, I'd say acid.

ok, there is a fatal does... 12000micrograms or something like that...but it's alot, and really hard to get to. and i'm sure i fyour friends died from acid, it wasn't directly from the acid, or the acid wasn't pure and had harmful checmicals in it.

it depends, if its paper I would go with the shrooms. But there is nothing better than liquid in my opinion.

its been years since i have tripped but one of the last times I took 20 drops of liquid and smoke a good bit of opium and it was the best trip i have ever had hands down. I have had some really good shrooms before and ate 7 grams and had a extremly hard trip. Of paper I have eaten 5 hits in a sitting and never even worried about overdosing or anything.

Ive heard stories about people eating a sheet when getting pulled by the cops and just tripping super hard for a long time. I have never heard or witnessed anything bad on acid or shrooms save the occasional bad trip.

I prefer acid but shrooms make me happier. I smile like there's no tomorrow...my cheeks hurt the next day.

Acid takes me away, rearranges my mind, and leaves me with the true sense of an actual trip...not just the trippiness people refer to all the time...a philosophical trip that alters me a bit. It awakens something inside me, I think...whether it be large or small. I think that's a good thing to happen.

I dig them both, though!

my friends and I got some VERY potent shrooms about 4 months ago, I took 2 grams and that was the most intense/longest shroom trip I ever had. It lasted us atleast a good 10 hrs and the peak was very intense, I could see outlines around people's bodys... like little lines outlining their whole body and everything I heard was echoing. I also had pretty intense visuals, everything I looked as was blending in together and morphing etc it was awesome

I did 7 doubles at once but that was when I was dealing it years and years ago. My tolerance was up there. The last time I did it was the day of Princess Diana's funeral. I wanted to stay up to the wee hours to watch it. Strange I know but when I was little I had a crush on her and stayed up all night to watch the wedding. Lmao. I know I know. But I saw both to the end.

I don't know if its just me, but before i take the acid, i always get like this really nervous feeling in my stomach, but i also am anxious. Does anyone else get this before taking acid? Is it the nervousness taht turns it into the bad trip, or the fear?

I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN!!! But for me I get it right when it goes into the mouth and I gag kind of for a few moments. I usually gulped it down with a huge amount of water or pop but the sensation was still there. Totally.
