Keep Mass Amounts Of Weed

Hi, i just bought a 1/2lb of some beast/headies, i was wondering how to keep it fresh for as long as possible and maybe even ass a little flavor to the bud with the orange peel method which i never really knew much about...if anyone has any knowledge or thinks they could help leave ur ideas...any help would be appreciated..

Go get a big air tight jar, in there, then stash it in the fridge.

Im not sure the orange peel will flavor the bud. It is used to moisten dried out weed.

Buy some air tight jars.

I'd suggest a Mason canning jar with the two-part lid, like above poster said.

I've had some bud in one of my Mason jars since August and it's still very good, very potent, just a tad dry.

You can get mason jars at walmart for only a few bucks.

i use that type of jar to cure and store, keeps the herb mad fresh.

Definitely Mason jars. Old pill bottles can be good also, but not for 1/2 pound

Whenever a fresh lb comes in i just put it in a few mason jars and stash em outside. never heard of that orange peel shit though.

Glass jars, but no fridge and store in a dark area. Store some in the fridge for long term if you need to, but not all.

don't fuck with putting any orange, grapefruit, or lemon peels into your weed: it will get moldy if you're not careful!

although mold is visible, it might have not grown out fully on the bud so you can't see it, but you'd still be smoking the spores.

regardless of this, mason jars are the best bet for keep it fresh - as most people have already mentioned.

I like to put a tiny little bit of mint oil in the stash jar sometimes for flavor. But make sure you like it first! Shit is potent.

Here's what I'd do to preserve your weed:

1. Soak your weed in grain alcohol for 3 days.

2. Get rid of the greenish alcohol mixture and blow-dry your weed till it's only mildly damp then microwave it till it's completely dry.

3. Store it in a cardboard box in a very humid environment (70-80%)

Thats pretty much all there is to it, your bud should last a whole 30-40 seconds this way. If you do it correctly it will have little to no THC, a very high amount of mold and it will most likely be the harshest thing that has every passed through your airway!!!
