Bongs: legal to buy online or no?

Good day, fellows.

I've been reading here for a while, but this is my first time posting so excuse me if this is a stupid question.. but:

Let's say I lived in Pennsylvania. Would it be legal for me to purchase a bong on grasscity? I have wanted to order one for quite a while but have always feared the police kicking down my door and shit when it was delivered.

Thoughts? References?

From what I've read, I'm pretty sure that it would be considered drug paraphernalia but I direly hope I'm mistaken.

Bongs are illegal in most of the United States, BUT water pipes aren't.

so, go buy a water pipe.

and ohyeahh, and of course buying from here is safe.

I really appreciate the quick response but could you be a little more clear? ..I'm the paranoid type, and I fear buying a water pipe for my tobacco-smoking-needs and the local police deciding to come down on me with some obscure set of laws that I had never heard of.

If I were to buy something listed on the site as a waterpipe I should be okay?

dude im from PA i never orderd any bong or anything like that over the internet but im pretty shure places will not ship to PA tommy chong got arested for shiping bongs to PA so i would say just got to the nerest head shop and buy them there

The local headshops are all pretty weak, unfortunately. And wayyy overpriced.

Unfortunately I don't seem to have the balls to put the order through because I've been scaring myself by reading all of the paraphernalia laws for PA.

bought a hookah from israel 2 years ago for shisha purposes, wasnt even for my weed. fuckin black car was sitting infront of my house when the mail man delivered it and followed the mailman away after the delivery.

never got questioned, never got raided, but i did get watched during the delivery.

ironically i ordered a bong from gc. no problems, no black car across the street.

difference between bong and water pipe s just the terminology...
9 out of 10 headshops will have a sign that says not to use "slang terms" or else they will refuse you a purchace
the term bong is a pot smokers term

last shop i went to had this policy and i was with my mom *she drove me and thinks glass is pretty, but doesnt toke*
and she asked me what chillums were for cuz i was saying to her that i was thinking about pickin up a new one of them too...
imagine me standing there, AT THE REGISTER, trying to explain to my mom without using any pot "slang"

If they are sold in your local headshop then they are LEGAL. If they aren't I wouldn't recommend it. In Cali they are completely legal so it is legal, I'm assuming many other blue states are similar.
