i dont think all the chemicals in cannabis would qualify as a psychedelic. certainly not CBD, because of its calm inducing effects. but maybe THC, regarding paranoia, and thought provoking intoxication.

so ill agree THC is a psychedelic chemical. but cannabis (in every scenario) is not a psychedelic substance.

Not psychedelic but I can see how somebody who doesnt smoke alot, then consumes high grade buds, and then their mind is in another place because they arent used to the feeling so they describe it as a "trip".

2G1C wasnt so bad. At least it wasnt gorey.

ok please forgive me for saying "tripping" and not meaning it in the most literal sense of the word....I didn't realize people would be shitting bricks over it. It so happens that where I'm from people call being high as shit tripping.

It's not a question about if you think THC is a pyschedelic chemical or not because the cannabis plant itself is classified as a PSYCHEDELIC plant! Fuck joe biggs, just because you think a certain way does not completely change the classification of a plant that has lived on this Earth far far longer than any of us.

Cannabis is a psychedelic. You may not want it to be, but it is. Plain and simple.

True it does, but there are people out there (even if it is small) that experience a much more intense feeling from smoking weed than the rest of us... a mild psychedelic experience.

i personally didnt freak out when i saw it, sure its nasty, but i guess i'm not a little bitch and can take grotesque visuals.. i've seen worse in the wonderful world of internet

edit: and weed is technically a hallucinogen, you cant really get a trip from smoking weed, but eat a shitload of hash edibles and you'll be on another planet

Now I just find things like 2girls1cup hilarious, but BME pain olympics crossed the line, that I was not desensitized to, that shit is haneous.
