Whats would be a good asking price for these 15"s

They're $400 mrsp.

they're too big. comes with box? Never put an amp through it, so it's practically new.

I was originally thinking 275, 300/box. then shipping but it looks like I'm loosing big on it. Oh, well. I'll go lower. I'm just trying to find a reasonable price before i put it up.

well the first thing you have to understand in the retail business is who your consumer is going to be. Most likely some one such as yourself. Most people will consider them used unless still packaged and sealed. So you can about guarantee most wont believe they have never been used. MSRP Is $400 a piece. And you say you have a set and they come in a box. So your looking at a price range from $900-$1,000. MSRP. Now take what you actualy paid for them and knock about $100-$150 off depending on what you spent and that should be about what you'll honestly get out of them.

On a side note, I've been installing car audio and building custom boxes for over 9 years. Just come to what you feel to be an honest price and you should get it from them.. Best of luck selling them..

Second note. These speakers are really good under 500-800 watts but start to distort at 1100 watts. Good sound from mid to low wattage. But personaly not worth the price when your looking for a long term hard driver. My car currently has 4 15" JL audio competitions and 2 12" JLs' and 2 1100 watt Memphis gold series Competition amps and 1 800 watt Memphis platinum Comp with 2 Rockford Gold edition Bass capacitors..

the guy above is right, about $244 shipped for new ones with a warranty. Your gonna lose big time selling online so your best bet is to audition them to anyone who is in the market for subs and maybe charge um $250 w/box. Sorry if you actually payed msrp for that sub, but you are gonna have to accept a big loss on this.

I'm not 100% sure i'm going to sell it, only reason I want to get ride of it is it is too big. 240's (s14) have a hatch back and it's too big. I need a 12". I can't get the sub out unless I take it out, then the box, and it's still a puzzle. I might be getting ride of my head unit ($500) but it makes the inside too sexy.

I have an 850 2chan for the sub, and a nicer 4chan for my 6"'s.

Then again... I do need fenders, headlights, radiator support, bumper support, and a grill. So sound can wait. Another part of me wants to get rid of it because of the weight.

honestly. The online car audio market is crazy. I'm a member over at a caraudio website. and you wouldnt get more than $400 for the set.

However, if your looking for a 12", and only wanna give it 850 at I'm guessing 2 ohm? Then your gonna wanna look into the FI Q. Nice blend of SQ and SPL.
