As I was reading the negative comments on smoking ciggs I was thinking the same thing.

I personally think cigarettes taste horrible.. something about the menthol makes it a very unpleasant experience for me. I actually tried smoking a cigg one time when I was out of weed. I was looking for something else to try but I decided ciggarettes were not going to be it.

But one should not be told what he or she may or may not do with their body, especially here in the United States, a country founded on freedom. This is also my opinion on smoking herb.

I like to smoke cloves. My brother, he's 15, he likes to smoke cloves too. Neither of us smoke on a regular basis, and since we're just starting, we can only handle half a cigarette right now. Honestly, I like the short harsh feeling. And the Bali Hai's and Splashs we smoke taste really good.

I used to smoke cigarettes a lot, around a pack a day. I was able to quit essentially cold turkey, when I saw how they made cigarettes (Most of it is old and recycled tobacco, then it gets sprayed with chemicals, etc etc) it grossed me out quite a bit, and I stopped smoking.

Once I stopped smoking cigarettes, I did start to smoke more weed to compensate, but I still felt that I'd rather smoke extra weed and no cigarettes, than both. I ended up rolling 3 joints or so a day (Not fatty's or anything, just a regular ol` joint) and keeping them in a cigarette pack.

One in the morning, one in the afternoon, one in the evening. That's all I needed, it relaxed me all day and killed the cravings.

Luckily, I can still smoke a cigarette when the mood strikes me, and not have any desire to start smoking again. Cigarettes are pretty bad for your health, but I still enjoy one every once in awhile.

If you haven't started smoking yet, I'd recommend never starting though. Go ahead and try a cigarette, you'll probably hate it your first couple times, but once you start buying packs, I'd recommend you really debate whether you really want it to become a real habit of yours.

Plus, cigarettes are fucking expensive! Unless you're lucky enough to live in a state that doesn't tax them as heavily.

Camel Wides are over $5 a pack in some stores here!

Haters (I really couldnt think of a better word to describe you), Why do you care if were destroying our bodies? I dont watch you shower to make sure you clean yourself right, I dont tell you what to eat, I just smoke my cig outside enjoying the weather and it couldnt be better.

Try smoking a cig while landscaping, its a painful experience for the eyes and nose, But it sure does make for a good buzz.

Cigarettes are the devil, I smoked from ages 14 to 22, and have been Nicotine free for nearly 4 months now. I feel so much better. Grass did help ease the cravings when they came about.

Sure cigarettes maybe 'addictive' and the liberals want you to believe that it causes 'cancer' but the truth is, if people see you smoking they immediately assume your cool, a rebel who plays by his own rules.

For all the people who are saying about the chemicals and shitty tobacco and all that crap, I would say try all natural, there are plenty of cigs with no additives in them, not claiming by any means they are not bad for you, and you get addicted to the habbit, but when youu have an all natural cig you do not get physically addicting, just habit wise. Now as a response to the original poster. I have found that peoples lungs respond differently to different smokeables, I started off smoking with cloves, which most people find harsh, was smoking Djarum till fucking phillip morris bought them out now they are shit, but now I smoke Gudang Garam's which are so harsh for some people, most, and I smoke them no problem yet I cannot handle an actual cig unless I am really drunk. So if you really like the buzz, try a few things, and I perosnally am a huge advocate of natural addictive free smokes, such as Nat Sherman, or most cloves, most cloves are made in other parts of the world where they don't care about getting people addicted, just havinga good smoke. Not sure if they are expensive other places though, I live in Oregon, we have no sales tax and smokes are not very expensive. And as others have been saying, seriously guys, let people smoke if they want to, no need to talk shit about them for it, it is a personal choice, and hating someone because they enjoy the buzz is very stupid, and if someone smokes a cig here and there and you are getting super blazed and eating 5 double cheeseburgers I do not think you deserve to say shit about their health shit or effect on the enviroment or anything, but that is just my 2 cents...well...mor elike 6 cents, that was a long response, but had many debates about this with friends
