New trippy, industrial rock song!
It's a Galexia demo that I worked on yesterday with my good bud, Ken. It's kind of a dark, erie, trippy, industrial and a bit drony rock song. The main influences for this song were Ayreon, Blackfield, Opeth, and NIN.
The entire track is 6:38 and I highly recommend listening with some headphones to really appreciate the production. My friend really dedicates his time into his work. Oh, and the last 10 seconds of the song are really trippy, haha. It's a Galexia demo that I worked on yesterday with my good bud, Ken. It's kind of a dark, erie, trippy, industrial and a bit drony rock song. The main influences for this song were Ayreon, Blackfield, Opeth, and NIN. Ken wrote the song, played various instruments, sang as well as mixed and produced everything (although he's not quite done with that yet as he still might want to tinker around with some of the production a bit more and maybe some of the vocals, too.) Anyway, I wrote the fast, eerie little guitar licks that my buddy uses throughout the song. Besides that, I recorded two solos, one leading and one backing, that are played simultaneously from 3:19 to 4:41. Both were improvised in one run each. The lead one is definitely louder so you may have to be more attentive to notice the backing one at some times.
