Representative Ron Paul (along with Representatives Rosco Bartlett, Dan Burton, John Duncan, and Christopher Shays) has reintroduced the Health Freedom Protection Act, H.R. 2117. This is a true health-freedom bill that the NHF has lobbied for, and it deserves the support of the health-freedom community.
For years, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) have continued to censor and engage in heavy-handed attempts to restrict access to supplements and educational information for Americans. This bill would stop the FDA from censoring truthful claims about the curative, mitigative, or preventative effects of dietary supplements. A grass-roots advocacy letter-writing campaign is needed to help the NHF's lobbying efforts to educate Congressional members on the need for this legislation. The NHF will once again be seeking to have a companion bill introduced in the Senate. As of May 2, 2007, the bill has been referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. For more information you can visit the NHF webpage http://www.thenhf.com/government_affairs_federal.html to send letters to your Congresspersons, and download this bill. As the oldest and best-respected health-freedom group on Capitol Hill, the NHF continues to be the credible source of objective assessment, and proactive actions on Congressional legislation and FDA matters impacting upon our freedom-of-health choices and our access to dietary supplements and nutritional foods. Theres still hope. http://www.thenhf.com/press_releases..._may_2007.html http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=h110-2117 http://www.democracyinaction.org/dia...aign_KEY=11754 http://www.healthfreedomusa.org/?page_id=386 http://www.ronpaul2008.com/issues/health-freedom/

Everything is containg toxic chemicals now, that its sickening.I live in Canada, and I watch the news here and there and read the news paper, and seen that there was mass traces of Arsenic in our peaches, read that Cancer causing and Leathal chemicals were in Baby bottles.
Now Im not causing any accusations...but i also seen on the news that there was terrorist attack plans in Ontario, Canada. One of the biggest "non hollywood terrorists"(as i say) got off with no charge or anything, and sopposivly he ran a school of Terrorism of 24-30 some odd terrorists. Now where I was getting at with this is..If the terrorists have gotten more Intellegent and went govermental to eliminate targets/civilizations, by lacing food, children products(which in fact are having lethal contents)and taking over with out country/man to man war. In that case I am sick to my stomache.

Just thought I'd give my 2 cents.
I def. find it very interesting the excuses that people will make for all of this. My parents own and live on a farm in a very rural countryside. I know that the water there tastes better, is naturally soft, and you feel much cleaner after using it and it very well quenches your thirst. It's 100% well water from an underground lake that's pretty much just under their property. They have a massive garden outside that my mom tends to everyday. The garden is pretty much organic, other than the few pesticides used to keep the really bad bugs off some of the crops. The amount of cost, energy, time and knowledge required to actually run a personal garden such as theirs, is unbelievable. To survive off of just your own food, would require pretty much daily maintenance all day everyday. Not to mention the problems associated with weather, bugs, etc. I can tell you this though. The food tastes 100% different than ANYTHING you buy in stores. In fact most of the food in stores have half the taste and almost taste artificial. The person that turned them onto the particular form of gardening, was in the government, I believe CIA or something if i remember correctly. All he ever said, was if you knew half of the shit he knew, you'd be scared shitless, and would make yourself self sufficient, own as many guns as possible, and not believe half the BS they turn out. Any amount of research into just flouride shows you this. |
