Crazy Babys Mama's Antics Today

Oh my god..I never realized how crazy a woman can get until today. I mean, this girl totally lost it.

As you know, Ive recently had a kid, and the mother and I decided to remain apart. We both were crazy into drugs, but since having zach, only one of us has become responsible enough to raise a child, that of course being me. This girl still is partiening. Living at her parents. Dropped out of school. Has no job..and is sleeping around, mainly for drugs according to her friends.

Anyways, my dad is a lawyer and I asked him to draw up a court order for an emergency custody change. And, when she tried to come pick him up, I showed it to her..and she went ballistic.

I have never seen this side of her, I mean shes like the girl of the exorsist. Threatening me, hitting me, going crazy. She was messed up on coke when she came to get him, I can tell I used to do it with her. So, she leaves after threatening to defend myself and property and forcibly kick her out. So she leaves.

Now she tried to threaten me, by hurting my friends. My dealer/best friend knows her, and she knows what he does. So she sends me an ultimatum. telling me if I dont give my son back, she was calling the cops on him. Getting him busted. She hung up. I call him, tell him to get the fuck out. So hes gone. Hopefully hes safe.

I just cant believe she would stoop to that level, and go insane like this. I never wanted it to be like this, but I gave her repeated chances to change.

Lets look at it..

Who has a good job? Me
Who would be there enough to raise and infant? Me
Who doesnt do drugs (besides weed..im quitting for a while for a drug test if need me) Me.

Considering the evidence, her home enviorment is no fit place to raise a child in. Both her parents are felons, both do meth, and according to her has been molested by her stepfather.

yea, no good father could abide by this anymore.

But yet..I feel SO FUCKING SHITTY..

smoke a bowl for me guys, say a chant for me, pray...whatever

my mental state is going crazy right now.


but no way am i sacrificing him for her feelings or mine.

Why do you feel shitty? Youre doing the RIGHT thing. If my babys mama ever came at me like that, she would get shot downnnnn. Atleast you may have free legal representation from your dad eh?

Really though, tell that bitch that she caint see the kid without you being there until she clean and off drugs.

Yea, but I am comforted knowing that its in the bag. Im not trying to brag about my dad, but hes one of the best lawyers in the state..he is on the board of governers for the Federal Trial Lawyers Acco.

This girl can afford about a first year law grad, who barely makes more than a public defender.

I wish it didnt have to be such a battle though. If shed sober up, she would realize im only acting in his best interest.

First let me offer my condolences for having to deal with a crazy mama. If I were you I would want to have sole custody as well. But before an actual court order goes through I don't think you have any legal backing for keeping the child from his mom. It might be better to have everything run through the court before you deny the mom of her son cause in the laws eyes she hasn't done anything yet. and it might avoid an ugly confrontation in the future. But good luck bro with that deal and I hope it works out for you and your little boy.

I do though. Its emergency removal by a custodial parent. DHS was called, and gathering all the things they have to. Its already been notorized by the judge.

I know this might not be what you are thinking right now but.. either way you win. You will win in court because like you said, she is a drunk crazy junkie whore. And if she calls the 5-0 on your dealer and friend im assuming there will be some serious consquences for her that will probably not have her come around you anymore. I hope to dealer doesnt get caught but, hopefully he can get to a place to lay low. Its probably a good idea to kick the weed for a bit also. If she is such a junkie like you are saying, she is probably just trying to WIN and make you LOSE. She probably doesnt care about the kid she just doesnt want to have you win.

Good luck man, this (more or less) same situation happened to a cousin of mine who is fine and it all worked out for him in the long run.

Man, I'm so sorry. Substance abuse ruins so many lives, and I hope to God you have the strength to do what is right and not easy (I'm sure you do). On the upside, your kid is fucking adorable. Gift of God, Put a smile on your face adorable; not like baby model adorable.
