Salvia Diary of Experiences chasing SALLY!!
man I fuckin love Salvia... if anyone like me is tryin to "chase Sally" (the dimension) let me know hehe I wanna share my experiences, im on like trip #19 with extracts of x5 x10 x20 x40 and my last one was a x60
Each time I do it, it intesifies right now I know in the trip sequence in the dimension I know we are apart of something when we create everything that is around us as it moves almost like "something or someone" is trying to tell us something and it moves like a body trying to move and tries to take us somewhere... I've done this in many positions and scenarios as possible to try and prove my theory hehe... anyway...here is my diary so to speak of my experiences... Reason I am doing this, is because my great grandfather told me a huge secret in my family when I was 22, almost like the hidden "key" so to speak of... sounds crazy... but check this out my great grandfather was a grandson of famous historian which devoted his life to salvia lol which had similar belief and experienced it himself... and past it on to me... but it's crazy shit to see the what he showed me... anyway The diary goes like this... Not gonna give trips 1 - 13 as they are mainly the typical laugh and you can't recall what you experience along with the typical rollercoaster or ferris wheel... funny that number is 13... funny thing is or crazy I should say is that is the number the historian was at...lol Trip #14 same day as 15 (Girlfriend in the room, lights on, meditation music from Japan) - x20 typical bowl size, 8mins duration, just laughed and got the relization that cold sweaty effect is just an illusion (no sweaty palms) I wiped my gf's face and she said it ain't wet lol... anyway... and when the floors and things around move as if the stuff around is attached to you... futhermore, it feels as though what you are apart of, is actually apart of "something or someone" but where you are at is only a piece of the 'object/being' per se. Trip #15 same day as 14 (no one just me, infront of the computer with a picture of outside, same music, no lights) - x20 2 bowls LOL, I wrote the time down on a piece of paper of what the time on the computer said and when the trip ended looked at the clock again, it was 11mins lol...anyway the trip went like this...I immediately closed my eyes and fell off the chair and sorta passed out on the floor face down... however... I didn't pass out fully LOL.. now I was apart of the floor as things above me started to try and take me away and show the surroundings around me, but I was still apart of the floor so it couldn't take me... but I still tripped as it moved around me like the bottom of a huge shoe LOL... oh I never got to the picture like I planned hehe Trip #16 next day (brother, and 3 friends, lights off, one candle lit, i was laying in a recliner chair, plasma tv screen playing that HD channel that plays constant music with video of various amazing footage of areas of the planet) they tried it as well and 1 of em was almost the same experience as mine and he said that this is his 16th too lol...freakin crazy... anyway... - X20 1 bowl, my brother timed it 9mins...I immediately shut my eyes, and my brother said my mouth was open almost as if I was asleep snoring...anyway I remember just shutting my eyes and just jumping to dimension crazy!!! although now I was the "It" per se although now I was creating things around me and saw them form... it was intense!!! then calmed down I opened my eyes and started to come back down and I was moving with the wavelength of the music that was playing on the channel lol that was bad ass...I never looked at the video though lol...again not like I planned or tried to follow like I wanted my distant relative's historians diary lol Trip #17 next day (Girlfriend in the bedroom, and myself in the living room, no lights on, nothing on, just meditation music, this time from Enigma I forget the name of the song but it dealt with something about Space) - X40 1 bowl, timed by computer method again, 12mins....I immediatley shut my eyes... again lol... and immediatley in the dimension... this time I was apart of "it" again it's like the bottom foot or something and takes off when it wants...so I got up and walked lol... big mistake...I started to see that the room was getting ready to move with only part of the room and I was apart of not my girlfriend and I couldn't take her with me because she was apart of the wrong side LOL... it was trippy and freaked the fuck out of me... but after it weared off I calmed down and smoked a joint of marijuana of course to calm me more down lol.. and boy did smoking the joint help lol Trip #18 3 days after 17 (By myself after work, living room no lights, nothing on at all, and no music, door left open HUGE MISTAKE!!!)but again followin the historian's diary... he left the door open also lol...anyway - X40 1 bowl, timed computer method 13mins...Immediatley shut eyes...and in the dimension immediatley...this time I was apart of what seemed to be an arm and I was apart of the room, however the room I was in again seemed to be apart of... yeah... what it seemed like was a arm... and I was moving like it wants to clap...and "sally" told me to stand up which was a HUGE mistake well not really cuz the trip was intense... so I stood up and I followed everything around me as it moved with the arm... it was the most amazing trip I have ever experienced...As I started to walk ventured towards the door the arm was closing as if now I am getting thrown, then bam I am outside and I pass out on my front lawn in my $1200 suit LOL... HOLY SHIT!!! was I in for a suprise jesus flippin rice man I felt like now I was apart of the world almost...and on top and I was creating everything around me.... crazy f'n shit man...it was trippy Trip #19 3 weeks after 18, about 2 weeks ago realtime (By myself, outside in the back of my truck (laid down on the bed) no music, PITCH BLACK night time 2:30am... no clouds...on top of the Point Loma mtn. by the the Naval Station over looking the ocean and the city of San Diego... and of course their were no clouds which meant I could almost see the milkyway it was amazing) -X60 1 bowl, not timed  ...Sweet baby jesus was this the most intense trip on the face of the earth...lol especially since I was outside in the dark...again BAM typical pass out feeling, however, eyes this time WIDE OPEN!!! HOLY SHIT!!! It was dark... I knew I was apart of everything around me and I was creating things I were close by, my truck obviously and this huge generator close by...anyway... it was DARK and I couldn't see the "It" this time... which now proves there is an "It" because in the dark I only saw the silouet of the body moving...and again I was creating things around me so I walked up to the edge of the mountain...where there was a ledge and support bars of course lol...I saw the city with Coronado bridge in the distance... all the lights on and everything was flowing with nature around it along with the breeze that was gusting in the wind lol...this trip was intense... and very soothing at the end...lol sorry for the novel... but salvia is amazing  <!-- / message --><!-- sig -->

i liked this, i've always wondered what the continued experiences from salvia were like. as most people i hear of only smoke it once and swear off it.
was wondering, when you say "it" are you referring to some attainable state or a being that you experience as a result of smoking salvia?

"it" refers to the 5th dimension, meaning usually when you smoke it your first time you see things come together and you feel cold and you laugh a lot because of the tingling cold sensation, but if you smoke more often it takes you further in the same expierence...
The things that usually come together are around you and it creates the illusion that more things are around you like a ferris wheel, or huge wheel cycling through all the surroundings around you... now the 5th dimension comes when you elapse or I should say "break the egg" to Sally's world and that world is on the ferris wheel per se but you still feel all the things around you (creation feeling) Bad trips come from having the following around you or involved: - Lots of people = bad experience - Lights on with loud (rap, rock, techno, or any fast pace music with lyrics) = bad exp. - Feeling frustrated or sad/down or just not in a good mood period = bad experience - No other drugs should be in your system and this includes Marijuana and/or Alcohol if any other types of drugs are in your system you will have a bad experience - No work clothes on; you must be in the most comfortable clothes like PJs - No TV on - TV on or anything thing with Voices will create the illusion of things talking to you and you will be pissed - Friends must be really close to you - no friends should be fucking with you and if they do you will be pissed and start freaking out - DO NOT DO IT OUTSIDE your first time - DO NOT STAND UP or LAY DOWN your first time - experienced users should only stand or lay down if they understand what they are in (the dimension) Good trips occur with the following: - Girlfriend around you ONLY - or a couple of VERY close friends like your brother from another mother - having more than 1 person do it at the same time is the probably the best; because both people 99% of the time will have the same exact trip and laughing happens right away because both people realize this - No lights on JUST A CANDLE or small light on - Meditation music playing - IS A MUST for a good trip - Best place to do it is on the couch, or recliner chair - After the trip then smoke a bowl of marijuana - that is the best because you will start to analyze your trip experience and then you will be able to comprehend it better next time you do it Lastly, please remember if you are going to experience this drug, please do it safely. This is not a recreational drug like alcohol or marijuana, it's a spirtual drug meaning "IT WILL TAKE YOU PLACES" you never thought of or even seen before. So you must be in a state of mind in which you are already happy or just having a good day already, then you will have a good time with the drug. With that said, your friends must be like a "coach" or "best friend" around you when you are tripping. Furthermore, before you huff and puff the bowl of Salvia, PLEASE do a quick meditation (like 30 second) breathe in and breathe out and think of a place that will make you happy, the Sally comes fast practically right after you take the hit, Sally hits you like a Mack Truck, so if you tweak your brain to think of a place that is happy land already, Sally will take you there. So after you take the hit, SET THE BONG DOWN, if you are still holding it you might let go and it will smash on the floor. Then just sit there, try and keep your eyes open after you take the hit, if your eyes are closed the first time you will jump to the "Sally World" immediately, take baby steps to get there otherwise you will keep having bad trips.

Thank you. Very good advice.
I just purchased a gram of 20x. I think I have a clear understanding of how to ensure the "good trip". I am excited as to what I'm going to see, and looking forward to possibly getting some answers. So... i respect the stuff and I'm not trying to get 'fucked up'. A buddy and I decided to smoke it together for our first times. How do you think some incubus would do for the trip? Songs like 'aqueous transmission' and 'are you in'. Their more laid back stuff. |

Sorry man, but that shit just aint right. Man i was seeing dead relatives and shit. I'll stick to my mushroom trips, always happy, never sad. With shrooms even if you are in a bad mood, you will be in a good mood shortly after munching a few.

I've done salvia several times and i respect that plant, you have to.
If you have a bad trip it's your own fault. keep it spiritual. great post by the way! I enjoyed the diary a lot, made me want to try some kind of similar log. *edit* I felt a interconnectedness with the two friends i were with (two of my closest friends) I felt like even though our spirits were not directly touching, our auras were and that made us connected and kind of on the same wavelength.
