The Shins "Wincing the Night Away" Were Mortal suppose to hear this album?

Ive loved this album since its release. I remember reading a review for this album which contained only 5 words.

"It will change your life"

Its one of those very few, select albums that i can listen to over and over and still its new to me.

When high or drunk or anything, this album or even mere song will put out the greatest vibes.

My friend went to the Marines and i had him listen to the album. Immediately, the album became a spiritual uplift for him. He still thanks me to this day for showing it to him. It has helped him throught the hardest time in his life such as coke addiction, depression and the like.

Music has wonderful healing powers. I feel that if such an album possessed enough passion, thought and beaty that it can literally help people through hard timeships, it should be exploited to its fullest ability.

If you havent hear it, please do what you need to do to obtain the album and give it a go. Not everyone will like this but there is a chance that it can change your life as it has mine.

Scuffing up that blow
Like some Aspen snow
Alco allows me to keep on rhyming
Couldnt smoke a whole ounce cuz im now diming

You all know what im talking about.

well if it helps his case.
I love smoking and chilling to this album.
from track one, I can just chill so good. haha.
there are few songs that I will ever skip. and
that is saying a lot for me. I have music ADD
as my friends kindly put it, I switch songs faster
than most people can decipher what is even playing
of course that is a bit exagerated
but for example, in a 1 hour car ride
we listed to 2 full songs,

Did you see one of the guys from the Shins was arrested for beatin up his wife or girlfriend or something? Anyways you should check out Animal Collective. The Shins are alright but for really crazy avant garde music Animal Collective is where its at.
