I hope we all have a better week this week.

I had to take some deep breaths and breathe in this mountain air before I could shake the anger and grief that was left in me after last Tuesday. I admit that I haven't fully shaken it and I probably never will but life does go on.

I guess I just wanted to say that I hope we all can have a few laughs and share some smiles with one another. We all have been through alot with what is going on in our world and we deserve some happiness again.

So, I am going to smoke a bowl for everyone and wish peace and happiness for all of us.

Yep. It's got to everyone! Seeing David Letterman break down and cry was an almost surreal! I've been saying maybe it's time to turn off the TV for awhile until something happens for real. I'm getting tired of all the "experts" saying what the gov't should do or what they think is gonna happen.
Maybe we should go back to the WWII way. The only way to get visuals was to go to the movie theatre. Of course all we would see was what "da man" wanted us to see. Is it better that way? I think I just found my next thing to ponder!

hmmm...I'm having a hard time shaking the anger, grief, and guilt I have about what so many people are going through. I feel that this isn't over with yet...and, I see many people in my home town putting their heads back into the sand again...I hope that we all take this experience, and the upcoming events as lessons to learn...process, and make this world a better place to live in. Trying to go back to the staus quo...is just going to hurt us...pretending this is all over and done with...a lesson unlearned...that would be so sad.
I do agree with the need to be sane, and feel the beauty nature has to offer us at this point in time. The only thing that is helping me right now is experiencing the beauty my child has to offer the world, and the innocence and sweetness of my cats (I have 3)...their need to console me as I try to get my part of the world under control is very soothing.

i saw letterman for a while lastnight. the top ten was things that almost rhyme with hat.
anyway, i am ready for all the stations to stop tring to make us cry and haveing people tell what the govt what they should do. if they were smart enough to know what to do then why arent they in office?
