I smoke weed all the time with different affects of my mental condition.
Yes it relaxes me allot that one of the main reasons I smoke

If I smoke and I have symptoms all sorts of strange things kind of things like the Metaphysical or energy touching I explaned.

Hears an example for A week I was having hallucinations of one of my friends, A former red Power Ranger (Carter from lightspeed rescue) and shane Macmahon of WWE. The Main voice Linda Macahon said I had to keep them all there till 9 PM then we all get high together to get our super powers so there I was trying to keep these imaginary people calm before the 9pm smoke..
When it came to the smoke I got such a rush I really though I was getting my super power it was a buzz like no other my body was shaking like mad.

This happend for a week somthing intresting happend around day 2 for some reason Shane left to become thhe gold ranger so I had to pick someone else I picked Josh hartnet and there he was on my Wall of my back garden(in my head) and he became the 4th stoner hereo

Another thing that was strange is they would all forget everyday I would have keep them calm everyday cos they had no idea what was going on.

theres more to this but I've been up all night and I feel a bit tired

I didn't really notice, but before the onset my mum and my sister said I used say "shut up" or "stop talking to me" to myself as if I was in a verbel fight with myself all the time. This was really disstrssing it';s like aruging with past memories

Man, I've had the suspicion that I might have something and a lot of these pertain to me. Kinda scary. I don't hear voices but I am always talking to myself in my head all the time and alot of times I am thinking that people are thinkin about me and it gets me paranoid :\

It's not bad once you relize it's not real nothing much will happen after the first year once you come to terms with it not being real and just coming from the back of mind

Thats how it started foor me I thought it was the poeple in the houses near me that were talking it really messed me up. If they start making contact with you DON'T Do what they say unless it's harmless for example they told me I have to use my MI power to kill Freeza (from DragonballZ. As long as you don't leave the house and let the voices make you do things you''ll be ok

That used to happen to me allot during the Prondrome (before onset) I used to think everyone around me was talking about me I even get that feeling now 4 years later but I just keep reminding yourself it's not real. If it start to get worse don't let it trick you and be warmed it can be very scary hearing voices 24.7 none stop even while your trying to sleep
